They did absolutely everything right from hello until I left with my 2022 RAM TRX today. Clear, steady communication. Honest fair conversations about the price of the new purchase as well as getting to an agreement on trade in value. None of the all too common surprise add on nonsense fees. The deal felt like a partnership, as it should. They had a vehicle I was interested in and Harry went above and beyond to prep it for me to see it and drive it. Justo made every effort to get to numbers that I would be comfortable with, and in the end the deal made was fair for all. No 700 trips back and forth. No b.s. Harry asked all of the right questions and said all of the right things. NOTHING about the purchase experience was them vs me in any way. Both Harry and Justo are friendly and professional, and their efforts made the entire buying experience fun, as it should be The truck itself was immaculately prepped and the paperwork process at pick up was efficient and straightforward.
