Bought a used 2016 LR4 with 104k miles. It had a major coolant leak the day after we brought it home. The dealer "fixed" it. One month later the leak returned and now the car is totaled. Please use caution when buying from this dealer.

I had been looking for a newer car for about a year. With their help I found the perfect car that ticked all of my boxes. The price, value and the customer service were excellent. From the beginning to the end of a long-distance purchase. Mitchell Brady was 4 stars, A1 in service and information, Effective communication was key in the development of this auto purchase. My vehicle of choice was a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Thes addition of a 4-year warranty was a bonus.

A Great Car Buying Experience
I just purchased a 2022 Cayman S from Motorcars Limited. It was one of the best car buying experiences that I've ever had. Mark was a no-pressure salesman, Scott was great in their finance department (he gave me great advice on record keeping for the car), and Gary, the sales manager, was easy to talk to. The showroom is immaculate, and the selection of high-end vehicles is worth the trip (I traveled 80 miles to visit see the car). I will definitely buy another car from this company.

I just purchased a 2022 Cayman S from Motorcars Limited. It was one of the best car buying experiences that I've ever had. Great experience from a sellers perspective
I had a mint 2016 F-150 with only 4485 miles on it. The downside with the truck was that is was 2 WD with 8' bed. I advertised it on AutoTrader online once and Craigslist 4 times without a single person even coming to look at it. The 5th time on CL I got an email and a call from Gary Funk, the "Boss", and and was convinced that he was serious. Now, to be open, I was very wary of dealing with a "dealer". This guy was/is a jewel! There was none of the arm waving, self promoting, bloviating so common with car dealers. He was calm, rational and patient. He went with me to my bank where I insisted on having the cashiers check verified before signing the title over. My bank was unable to do that because the check was drawn on a different bank but my bank deposited the check into my account and Gary & I went to the local branch of his bank where they did verify that funds were available. I signed the title over at that point and Gary drove the truck away while his longest tenured employee drove me home. That was two days ago and funds were posted as available to draw from yesterday. Now THAT is what I call customer service!! This man has changed my opinion of what a car dealer CAN be. Thank you Gary and Motorcars Limited.
