Rude, treat people like dirt , don’t waste your time and money ... ridiculous We were shopping for a larger vehicle, we have a special needs granddaughter... who has lots of equipment to port. Salesman told us it was the end of the month so to make an offer the cars would be deeply discounted and they needed to make room. So we came in on the last day of July and picked one to buy cash marked 5995 OBO. We were made to talk to a gentleman in a trailer that was very condescending and rude, I’m not sure why makybe he was tired , but I stopped his rhetoric and asked him to just talk to me straight , just the facts, and how much was getting me the title? After some grunts and moans he holds up a calculator that reads 6862.. I ask what the extra charges are and he again gets upset saying “ I know what I’m doing, I’ve been doing this 30 years bub!” We has enough and went to make our way out, my wife pulling me out the door she knows one thing I can’t stand is being disrespected, the other is lies. This fella had just laid a one two punch of both for no reason, I just met him . Had cash in hand , and didn’t want to be there almost as much as him. Unacceptable, inexcusable, you would have thought I kicked his dog. I reached out to the owner , but have not heard back. During our search we went to six dealerships , no one absolutely no one else acts this way, even the little dirty ones in the bad parts of town.. even they know what salesmanship and courtesy is. We went back to one of those and bought the same model car , cash , with no issue at all. It’s now 11 days later and have yet to be contacted by management. I don’t usually leVe these reviews but I worked for every dollar of the 10k I walked in there with and I imagine another fella throwing his hard earned money to them just to get sand kicked in his face as well
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE ! They sold me a 2006 Dodge Charger srt it cut off 3 days after driving I took it back to them they kept it for a week and said... NTB seen no problems it cut off the 2 days later again tried reaching no response. I finally get ahold of the boss and he tells me he will straighten it out and to get it towed to NTB again. I get it towed to NTB, then NBT calls me back two weeks later asking why I dropped my car off and they contacted the boss and he said he doesn’t know anything about. This place is a joke and is out to get people knowing this stuff could really hurt peoples credit.
Mike was an awesome salesman. He had the vehicle ready for me to test drive and he explained the vehicle options. There was no pressure to buy and he... made sure my needs were met. I wouldn’t consider anyone other than the Hatfield name.
Don't have them run your credit Expresly buddy very dishonest person tells you one thing and then Does another I only Wanted my credit pulledone time... Through a credit Union Which he did but then turned around and Pulledcredit from 4 different banks Spoke to the general manager Keith said it was nothing he could do about it stay away from this place And don't let them tell you that pulls from a bank only or count as a Soft PULL it counts as Hard PULL And it stays on your Credit for 2 additional years Come here at your own risk
Purchased a 2004 one owner truck from Ron on 3/28/18. I felt I received a fair deal. I was very specific with them that I was looking for a rust free or... as little rust as possible vehicle and do not mind paying for it. They were very nice and professional and did take care of a brake issue I discovered on a test drive. Once I arrived home I found a small rust spot that I wanted to have fixed before it got out of hand, at my expense. Ron recommended a painter that does work for them at the dealership. I did meet with the painters at the dealership, the painters showing me several other vehicles on the lot that they covered up rust showing me the quality of their work, NOT REPAIRED but covered with bondo. I agreed to have the rust repaired but they asked me to remove the top rails and fender flares. After removing the rail covers there were two 3 inch rust xxxxx under the the rails. Upon further inspection I found the rust cover up to be extensive with four xxxxx that were covered up and the fender wells filled with dondo. I asked the painters if they fixed the rust before I purchased the truck and they said they do not remember. I did speak with Ron about the rust issue and he did ask "what I wanted" and if I wanted to trade the truck in again. After seeing the rust cover-ups, I elected not to deal with Hatfield a second time and cut my losses.
Staff was great. Buddy helped me get done with the surrounding dealerships couldn’t! Great financing options, and great cars to choose from. 10/10!!!
I Recently purchased a 2007 Honda Accord. The Hatfield staff was very friendly and helpful. We visited several dealerships during our search for our new... pre owned vehicle and Hatfield was the only dealership who helped us obtain financing. I already have recommended them to my friends and family.
relaxed environment, no pressure, best car buying experience ever. I am a customer for life!
This dealership does a great job of follow up, they have contacted me everytime they get a vehicle in that would suit my family amnd friends,i trust them... with all car purchases, prices are very reasonable as well,
I hope the personnel of this dealership exhibits more professional and courteous behavior throughout the car buying process. In such a public business,... there is really no excuse for such a lack of manners. I know about the rude behavior. I was hung up on many months ago when I stated that I was going to buy a new car instead. Not exactly the professional behavior I expected. Perhaps the personnel here need to find again the courtesy and respect that fuels the car buying experience. I would gladly pay more money for a car if I got great service. But I would not pay one penny if I did not. From my experience, such basic elements seem to be out of balance when they do not apply to everyone. This is a dealership with some work to do.
