Definitely a great dealership

Good dealership worked on the price to a good point. Everything went smooth and even better/easier than expected. Went with the intention of buying and did exactly that, Curt Lewis was an amazing person to deal with answered everything I had questions for and made the process nice and easy.

Life savers!

We were visiting from Canada and our alternator gave out and had to be changed. Carlos and his service team took us in and got the job done quickly so we could get back home for our oldest's first day of school the following morning. They went above and beyond for us...their service schedule was full but squeezed us in. Carlos took care of us, calmed us down, drove us to the mall so we could relax and have lunch, picked us up when the work was done. A huge thank you for everything you guys did for us...we will remember it forever!

unprofessional

i came for an appointment which i made by phone , when i got there they sent me to the next available service consultant Frank Balido . The guy clearly does not want to work there , he was barking at me questions , insulted me personally and when he asked me to sign the paperwork i just asked him how long he thinks this would take , he literally raised his voice and told me that he does not know so loudly that other people all turned their had and looked at us . I did not stay there for the service, found another garage .

Acura

Acura makes it so easy to buy a used car. They have many cars coming off 3 year lease at half the cost. The sales department is not pushy and allows you to shop without having people being pushy. They price cars under KBB value and offer great deals on extended warrantees.

Salesmen was very professional and helpful.

Jonathan was the salesmen that helped me acquire the car according to my needs, instead of just wanting to complete another purchase. if I ever want to buy another vehicle this is the place I'll go to.

Finance Managers didn't return calls

I own a 2012 TL w/Navi. never had a problem, so we decided to keep it and just extend the warranty. Called and left four (4) messages for a finance manager to return the call. No return call after 2 weeks. I just wrote the the GM, the finance managers, and Acura and advised we'll take our business to another Acura store. On a different note, the buying experience, with Curt Lewis was TERRIFIC!!! I bought the 2012 and leased a 2015 TLX AWD Advance from him. Curt is THE BEST!! GREAT price, too!

Dishonest Price Quote via Phone

I've been going to Park Avenue Acura for the last 10 years for service on my 2004 TL and 2012 MDX, trekking all the way from NYC, but will now stop. I came across a brake special coupon where they would inspect and replace front or rear brake pads as part of a service for $290. I wanted to check to see if they would replace both the front and rear brake pads if the inspection turns out that both need to be replaced so I called. Brian confirmed that they could replace both for the $290. Pricing sounded good to me but when I got to the shop, I was signing the paper work when I was shocked to see the price of $580. He explained nonchalantly that the price was per axle. He had said he could do both for $290 and had made no mention of per axle on the phone call. Sure you got me in the door but guess what? I'm not walking through that door again. They already had a strike in my book from a service back in 2011 when they somehow created a quarter-sized puncture in my TL's trunk. They returned the car to me with a shoddy paint up job using putty to fill in the whole and then touch-up paint on top. I picked up the car at night and did not notice this until a couple days later. They are far away and I did not have time to go back to address this issue. But eventually, that touch up spot rusted and corroded. I let that go as I thought it was just a one-time thing. Now, with this second strike, I am done with them. They have good reviews on their website and built their reputation so they can charge higher service prices than other dealers and no longer need to treat their customers as well now.

Ask for JONATHAN CREUS AT Park Ave Acura!!!!!!

I had been in the market for my first "new" car in over 15 years. I had my mind set on a Mini Cooper and had been searching on all of the car buying websites for about 3 weeks. I came across a beautiful little red Mini Cooper S in Park Avenue's used car inventory. I inquired about it online and was contacted by Johnathan Creus within an hour or so. Over the next fews days Mr. Creus contacted me periodically just to let me know the car was still there (as I had asked him to do) until we were able to set up an appointment to go see the car. I drove from out of state so I appreciated his contact. When my girlfriend and I arrived the car was right out front, was meticulously cleaned, and was ready for our test drive. It drove beautifully and its condition was even better than its description (which was just the opposite of a car we drove the night before). We loved the car and hoped we could work with the price because it was a little above our allotted spending range (we were paying in cash- no financing) The discussion over pricing felt more like a conversation between friends, and never once were we ever made to feel anything but comfortable. It was evident that Mr. Creus wanted to do everything in his power to ensure we could take home this car. He worked some numbers and was able to meet us at our exact price. We were delighted and really really wanted to buy the car... But...and allow me the opportunity to illustrate how Mr. Crues' revealed himself to be a kind man of extreme character, and I emphasize this because he is after all a commissioned salesman; My girlfriend and I had already made an appointment to see another car in the next town after this appointment, and although we were conflicted in going because we had already agreed to a deal for the car, she decided that we should put our needs first and indeed make the appointment. Mr. Creus never put ANY pressure on us to finish the deal we had with him. In fact he stated that he ultimately wanted her to be completely happy with her decision and suggested that we should go with a clear conscience. We did that, and that car was nice too, but we decided that we wanted to bring our business back to Park Avenue and finish what we started with Mr. Creus. We were actually happy as we drove back- happy for our new car and happy to be returning to Mr. Creus. Later on we found out that he barely made any money on our transaction (I was able to discover the true cost for the dealer), yet you'd never know it. He was as enthusiastic for us as a guy who put us behind the wheel of a Rolls Royce! From the moment I spoke with him on the phone until the moment we drove off the lot this was a WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL experience.
