Owner was a thief stay clear of this guy lies evil

Stay clear. Of Moe Aka Alan this guy is a thief Liar no morals at all lucky I was able to get out of this with no loss of Money he was rude evil man verbally abusive.I was going to pay in Cash thank god no money changed hands please stay clear of this Man he is a piece of xxxx

My husband and I gave "Moe", also known as Alan the owner a $500 deposit on a car because it was late on a Saturday. On Tuesday he refused our financing from Capital One. Later that day he refused our financing from Chase Bank. He refuses to submit to lenders and he is not approved directly for any major lender. Upon further investigation we realized the vin number he was trying to sell us was fraudulent. How are you supposed to get financing on a fraudulent vin. Guessing the car fax is not clean which is why he lists fake vin numbers. When he was called out for this he refused to give us our deposit because we left him a bad review. Our bill of sale is void as the vin number does not exist. If needed we will take this crook to court. He said he is part of a large chain and only works there. After calling the local authorities on him we discovered that he is the owner and they get called there all the time due to his crooked ways. Google and you will discover there are no other branches. Alan or "Moe" is a man of many names and lies. Hey "Moe", if you want good reviews you should probably try earning them! Stay away from this dealer. Would love to give any of you the fake vin number if you want verification on his crooked ways. Shop somewhere else! There is a reason is he not an approved dealer for Capital One. He is a CROOK!

Stole my $500 deposit on a vehicle.

This dealership stole my $500 deposit check. I have filed a complaint through the BBB. They took my deposit, then would not work with any of our lenders we got approved with. Moe is the man we worked with. I believe he was using a fake name. He told us they had locations all over the US. He also told us a few times that he had to check with his headquarters. When we filed a police report we found out he is a sole proprietor and there are no other locations. This guy is a straight up liar. The police told us we are not the first to report him. We are waiting to hear back from the Hudson Police because we supposedly still have the car on hold for another 4 days.

Alan Gotiforooz lies to me

Worst experience. I bought a 2016 Lexus RX 350 on ove.com Alan Gotiforooz lied Over the phone saying that the car only have some scratches on the back bumper. I got the car delivered to New Jersey to find out the car have check engine light on and a bad engine sound. Stay away from this Liars.

Great experience

This was my first time not going through the dealership to purchase a vehicle. Moe was very responsive from my initial inquiry through the closure of the sale. He answered all of my questions with detailed and honest information and was patient. I am very pleased with my purchase and experience. I would recommend this dealer/ facility to family and friends and anyone looking for a car.

RUDE!!!

Shady

I drove 2 hours to look at a 2014 Mini Countryman S All4. The car wasn’t on the lot, it was in the back. He drove it around for me to look at and test drive. Once the car was out front I was able to see it was dirty. It also had 4 dents in the hood that none of the pictures or price depicted. It smelled like cigarette smoke. Also upon looking in depth at the car I found that the underneath of the seats were rusted. To me this says “flood car” all day. When I took the keys back in and mentioned this to Moe he only looked at me with a snarky grin and said “Sorry!”. I would never trust this dealer or their vehicles!

we were welcomed & didn't feel pushed into buying

We went in to look at BMW after visiting several dealerships and having sub par experiences. As soon as we walked into Prudential Auto we were welcomed and didn't feel pushed into buying. There was a genuineness about Alan that we were impressed with. It was refreshing to deal with a company and Alan that wants to get to know us and cares as well as earn business. Least pushy sales team and all very knowledgeable. We will definitely be returning for future business.

I loved my experience when shopping for my vehicle

I loved my experience when shopping for my vehicle. No pressure, No haggling but straight forward about the vehicles on their lot. Moe helped me through the whole process from start to driving my new car off the lot. It helped me to view the inventory of vehicles that Prudential had on their website, prior to going out to find the car that was right for me!! Don?t be put off by the no negotiation on price policy. If you do your research you will see why they don?t negotiate on price. Prices really can?t be beat. Thanks, again, to Moe for making my car buying experience an AWESOME one!!

Pricing is great.

If you do your own research and don't like someone looking over your shoulder, this is the place for you. If you need a Salesman to hold your hand while you're making a decision, don't go here. Pricing is great but NON-NEGOTIABLE . They will readily answer questions. They have a good size selection of vehicles.
