I saw a Maserati listed with low mileage at a great

I saw a Maserati listed with low mileage at a great price, so I inquired about its availability. Emily Morris responded, “Thank you for contacting us. This 2021 Maserati Quattroporte is available at this moment.” I live three hours from Raleigh and was considering the drive. Before heading out, I called to get more information about the warranty. The response I received was, “Our specialist will review the warranty options and provide the details.” I called again to double-check before making the trip, and that’s when I was told by Wes that the car had been sold more than a week ago. I asked again to be sure, since I was previously told it was available, and yet, the listing was still active on their website, CarGurus, and Cars.com. When I pointed this out, I was told, “Yeah, our website takes some time to update.” I can’t say for sure, but it feels like they list attractive cars at great prices that they don’t actually have, just to get you in the door and then try to sell you something else. I would not do business with them again.

My son recently purchased a 2017 BMW 5.40 from this dealership. The sales team, especially Ava Lorusso provided amazing customer service. She was responsive, provided additional photos and videos of the car per our request and even stayed after the dealership was closed to complete the final purchase. BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Take your chances (especially if you are a Woman with no auto mechanic knowledge) if you buy from Leith Maserati /Alfa Romero in Raleigh. Cliff Notes: sold me a car with worn roters, dry rot back tires & an auto start/stop & traction control button panel that randomly worked & has taken me 2.5 weeks & multiple phone calls kicking & screaming & pleading with the Sales Department & trips back & forth to finally get it all fixed. Do not trust their 92 pt inspection & take any used car to be inspected elsewhere before purchase.

A Wonderful Experience

So my wife Christine and I were looking for a specific used car for our 16 year old daughter Angelina’s first car! So the first thing I did was go on LeithCars.Com and lo and behold Leith Maserati & Alfa Romeo of Raleigh had the exact car we were looking for! I scheduled a test drive and communication was fantastic. When I arrived I met with Lasha my salesman and he was beyond fantastic. He took me out for a test drive and it went excellent and the car drove great! We talked about the car, the dealership and the service dept and I never felt more comfortable! I’ve dealt with dealerships from NY to Florida and here and Lasha and this dealership hands down the best experience I’ve ever had! Nobody pressuring you to buy, patient and courteous! The car I drove was in great condition and a 92 point inspection was performed to ensure I was buying a sound safe vehicle for our 16 yr old. I bought the car the same day! Lasha went above and beyond for us and personally delivered the car to our home so that we could surprise our daughter when she came home from school! She was so excited when she saw the car and my wife and I were very emotional that we were able to make our baby girl so happy and we are so thankful and grateful to Lasha for taking time out of his day so we can give our daughter this amazing gift and we are proud to have done that thru Leith Maserati and Alfa Romeo of Raleigh.
