I purchased a 2016 Land Rover LR4 HSE.

I purchased a 2016 Land Rover LR4 HSE. I had looked for a LR4 for several months. The vehicle I purchased was clean and mechanically sound. I felt the price was reasonable and I was given a fair price for my trade in a Toyota Prius. Jay was honest and forthright about the sale and transaction. The dealership also stood behind the product when a problem developed after I took delivery of the vehicle. I'm happy and satisfied with the vehicle and the buying process.

I bought a2014 f150 ford pickup ac was not working

I bought a2014 f150 ford pickup ac was not working correctly said they fixed it did not fix it was on 30 days or 1000 miles warranty finally to my mechanic found the problem compressor and evaporator going to cost me over 2000 dollars was tiredbeing lied to and not fixing it right

I bought a 2014 f150 ford pickup from east Providence auto sales av was not working correctly brought it to you twice was not fixed right you said you fixed the compressor and said it was all set brought it to my mechanic and looked at it and said it needed a compressor and evaporator it now is going to cost me 2000 dollars to have it fixed

I bought a used car from this dealership.

I bought a used car from this dealership. The car had a small issue that could not be resolved at the dealership. I was told by Jay the salesman to bring it the Hyundai dealer. They fixed the issue. I would not hesitate to buy an car from this dealership. They are not satisfied until the customer is satisfied. Ty way to go Jay!

Covers up flaws in cars

They’re very very good at covering up flaws with cars and overpricing them. They put a chunk of effort into making a truck I bought look solid despite being very rusty, and I believe they blocked a code the engine should have been throwing. Had a mechanic unhack the computer and low and behold engine is throwing codes. Place shouldn’t even be in business.

Would not recommend - BUYER BEWARE

If I could rate a 0, I would. Dealer sold me a car with engine issues that I am now in a crappy situation. Thousands in repairs already. Definitely not worth it. The car had a blower motor issue when I first got it and he acted like it wasn’t broken when my defrost, heat, and AC allll did not work. Customer service was terrible, he is hard to get in touch with, and clearly does not care about his customers. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE.
