Just dont

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND OR MONEY WITH THIS MEDIOCRE EXCUSE OF A COMPANY!! They will never respond to your emails, i was ready to spend my lifesavings for over 3 years to pay cash and they never got back to me and I’m glad they didn’t and went to another company that actually cares for their customers and vehicles.

I should have read the reviews about Car Source before

I should have read the reviews about Car Source before becoming so frustrated trying to contact them. I have tried every online avenue to contact them including cars.com automated service and Autotrader then texting the # number listed on all of their listings. It’s an automated service that took my number and email and confirmed it everyday with “someone from our online sales team will contact you shortly” message. I wish you could attach pictures to these reviews. They do not return any messages. It’s interesting to me how they always respond in these reviews that they did respond. Based off of my experience, and most of the reviews, they just don’t respond. After 3 days of trying every online avenue to contact them I had to call to talk to someone. I talked with Hershel. He was nice and confirmed that they still had the car so I drove 30 minutes to check it out. Their prices seem reasonable. The test drive was fine. I just walked away not knowing if I could trust this dealership. Remember this car was EXACTLY what I was looking for and in my price range. I should be in my driveway tonight. I wanted to believe that they did the service on the car I was looking at but I got the impression they just wanted to move cars. The “checklist” of items gone over in service just had a line down it saying everything checked out. Even the engine was checked off as being checked by service and it’s an EV. I really wanted this to be the car I bought. Hershel was quick and easy to deal with and gave me what info he had. I came home and did some more research in Car Source and saw so many people with the same issue. Could that many different people be that wrong so many times? My wish is that they would spend more time making sure people are really being followed up with than trying to discredit the same reviewer complaint on here over and over again. To the manager: Someone is severely dropping the ball following up with online text and email. I would be glad to show you everyone of my Inquiries. Please don’t go after the people wanting to spend money with you, go after the people responsible for their complaints. Again, I wanted to be enjoying this car and not doing a negative review. This is a first for me. Every, I mean EVERY, other dealership I’ve reached out to hasn’t stopped their attempts to connect with me and follow up with emails, texts, and calls. Every one except Car Source. Not even a follow up call after my test drive.

Bob Bauer - Professional, Kind, Seasoned Sales Pro

After several poor experiences at other lots my wife and I called Car Source to inquire about a vehicle. Bob Bauer answered the call, was very polite, answered our questions and invited us to come in. We decided to go in and find Bob. He happened to be the gentleman who came outside to greet us in the cold and offered to show us our vehicle of interest. Bob was not pushy and offered transparent answers to all of our questions. The rest of the sales and management staff were also exceptionally nice. They got us good financing and the process didn't take terribly long. Having sold cars for 8 years myself, I feel that our experience at Car Source was overall a excellent one. Will recommend Bob and Car Source and will shop there again!

Like alot of rest of complaints, they won't emails or calls back shady business, legit business won't put you off and act like you don't matter

Josh was our salesman and he was fantastic.

Josh was our salesman and he was fantastic. We ended up buying two cars instead of the only the only we originally planned on purchasing. He wasn't pushy and let us take our time deciding. He searched the lot with us and found us two beautiful vehicles that we are beyond pleased with!!! If you need a nice vehicle at a great price I recommend Josh at Car Source to everyone, you won't be disappointed!!

I made the mistake of purchasing 2 cars from this

I made the mistake of purchasing 2 cars from this company. Both cars had issues in no more than 4 months after purchase. The first - the frame needed to be replaced and the 2nd is a catalytic converter. I understand that they are selling "wholesale" but there is no transparency and I truly believe they fix the cars up just enough to get you off the lot and hold you responsible for whatever happens after that. My credit isn't great but that doesn't mean that I deserve to be taken advantage of either if I can't qualify for one of your better cars...which even that is suspect to me after dealing with these two. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Especially if you have less than perfect credit.
