This is the worst worst company i have ever encountered

This is the worst worst company i have ever encountered in my entire life. Me and my dad recently went and bought me a car. The car was sold to us without any inspection without our knowledge which led to me driving to cincinnati in the dark with no back lights almost causing multiple accidents. There were a couple things that needed fix, we were told to make an “appointment” once the parts arrived and it would take 2 hours max. That appointment led to 24 hours with no communication at all and my car was left with oil fingerprints throughout the car. We are extremely disappointed with our entire experience with this company. I would never recommend them to anyone else. Communication throughout the company and customers is horrendous. It is extremely obvious this place as zero structure and tells you what you want to hear.

I’m very disappointed in Car Source because I didn’t want

I’m very disappointed in Car Source because I didn’t want financing there preferred my Credit Union direct contact yellow Jeep was sold I communicated via Text and Sales Rep didn’t bother to tell me before I traveled the distance. This is not a good business practice and especially for Senior Citizens I’ll be sharing with other Senior Citizens. Thank you

So I bought car here, I was wondering why a car like this

So I bought car here, I was wondering why a car like this had been sitting. The salesman Rod was great even discounted the price. I drove it home in two days the check engine light was on it was leaking coolant and leaking from the transmission seal gasket plus the transmission started to slip. I called the the service department the third day he told me bring it in. I spoke to Rod after that to update him I told him what was wrong he said we will look at it. I stated it's crazy that I haven't even had it a week yet! I then ask can you guys take care of it, or does it come out of my coverage? He say he would do his best and they would call me today. That didn't happen so it's noon I called the service department he said he was going to fix two of the four things wrong with it. I then get a message from my protection plan that the service department was trying to get covered. I called back and said can't you guys cover it because it's only been a week and these things probably was wrong with it when I bought it. He said if it breaks down on your way home it's on you if in two days it brakes it's on you that's why you have the coverage plan warranty and was adamantly not trying to help. Then he said let's just wait to hear back from the warranty to see if it's covered first. Smh be careful with these people. Then he stated if they fix everything wrong with the car it would be at a greater price! What in the xxxx. The car is a week old. Bad business from the team. Beware

I had a great experience working with Alonzo Horn III.

I had a great experience working with Alonzo Horn III. He was knowledgeable, straightforward, and made the buying/trade-in process easy. We had found the vehicle we purchased through cars.com and it checked all the boxes I had in mind for my next Equinox and the vehicle was even better in person. We've never purchased through a wholesaler before but we were pleasantly surprised and would recommend giving this company and Alonzo your business.

Car Source is a great place to find a vehicle.

Car Source is a great place to find a vehicle. I went in for a Saturn Vue and took home a Ford Escape SE Ecoboost, More expensive, yes, but much better vehicle and the financing was SUPER easy. The sales guys their are great at what they do, not pushy, but helpful. Highly recommend Car Source.
