First of all let me start by explaining that I personally have worked as a salesman at a dealer and know what car sales are all about. With that being said, this is a great dealer, upfront honest business with exceptional customer service skills. I was lucky enough to purchase my dream car from the owner, Joe. He was honest and helped me drive away happy. I would recommend this deal to anyone wanting honest hassle free service.

I have always wanted a classic car and I was browsing the internet and came across this beautiful old school, muscle car for sale at Kalben Motors. I called them up on a Saturday afternoon to inquire about the car and unfortunately they had just taken it to the auction, but Joe said that he would call me back if the car didn't sale. I got a message Monday afternoon stating that the car was back on the lot. I went up there right after work just wanting to take a test drive, but after cruising around in the car for about an hour and a half, I knew that I had to have this car. Joe and I neogiated a good price and I drove the car off the lot that night. Even though I bought the car "as is" Joe agreed to fix a minor issue with the interior lights and windshield wipers. I am extremely pleased with my 71 Skylark and every time I take it out for a spin, I'm always getting compliments on the car and people always ask if they can buy it off of me. I always say No way buddy, you have to get your own. I would definitetly recomment this dealership if you're looking to buy a car

Joe Klaben provided a good experience for my husband and I when we were looking for a used car. We found a car that was on his lot by lookin online, we emailed him about it, and he responded quickly to us. He gave us a good trade in price for our old car, and was very accomidating when it came to us taking the newly bought car off the lot and coming back to leave our old trade in car. The place is "no frills" but that was fine with us, we just wanted a decent car for a reasonable price. We could recommend the place and would go back in the future.

I was in the market for a used car and a friend of mine had seen one at Klaben he thought I would like. Well the car was exactly what I was looking for. I walked into the dealership to it completely abandoned. No customers, no sales personnel, no one. After a minute Joe Klaben came out his office to direct someone to help us. The gentlemen came out offered a test drive, to which I accepted. I loved the car and the guy I dealt with was very helpful and pleasant. Then I went to talk to Joe Klaben. I have never been treated so poorly. He honestly acted like he didn't want to sell me the car and was incredibly rude to my friend and I. My friend tried to talk very reasonable numbers with him (the same numbers it turned out I ended up getting) and he told us it was off the table. After about 10 minutes of this we decided to leave. But it was the car I wanted at the price I wanted it at. So I went back the next day and bought it. The car so far is great and the first gentleman was very honest about it. I almost didn't go back after the experience I had and almost regret doing so. I will not be coming back to this dealership

WHEN I GOT THERE, AND ITS A 2 HOUR DRIVE, THE MUSTANG NEEDED SOME LIGHT BULBS....WELL, HE NOT ONLY HAD THAT TAKEN CARE OF, BUT, HE ALSO PUT 4 BRAND NEW TIRES ON THIS CAR, AND ONLY ADDED $200 TO MY PRICE....TRUST ME, THAT IS A $700 SET OF TIRES....JOE IS A CAR DEALER THAT IS WORTH LOOKING INTO.
