Joe Klaben...my hat's off to you. You represented this vehicle with 100% honesty. Being some 450 miles away, of course I was a bit apprehensive buying a car sight unseen, but I took Joe at his word that the vehicle I was interested in was as good as he said it was. Joe went out of his way to assist me, even as far as having one of his employees come to the airport in Akron to pick me up. The car handled beautifully on the 8 hour drive Back to Nashville. I would recommend Joe and his dealership to anyone looking for an honest deal along with great customer service. Joe....if you keep this up...you are gonna give Used Car Salesmen a "Good Name"

Just completed my second purchase from Klaben Motors and I was just as impressed as my last purchase. After having bought cars from several different dealerships in the area, (and having worked at a local dealership as well), this is by far the best experience I've had.

I was looking for a certain type vehicle, with a certain amount of miles,at a specific price point. Mission accomplished. Joe and his staff are concerned with customer satifaction, (which is hard to find these days). The staff is informed and friendly. The buying process was extremely stress-free. I have bought many used vehicles out of state and either flown or drove to pick them up. All of those experiences turned out to be nightmares until I met Joe Klaben of Klaben Motors. This young man was on vacation when I called about the car he was advertising on cars.com, so I spoke to his father. But being the personable type of man he is, Joe called me himself and we agreed upon the numbers over the phone. I figured the car would have some issues not seen in the photos, but this wasn't the case, not with Klaben Motors! I drove six hours to get my 2003 Lexus GS300 with 31K one owner miles on it, and felt like a King, when I left this dealership! Yes, I was treated THAT good! Joe is a very down to earth no nonsense businessman that takes care of his customers AND his staff, and you can tell by the way they all worked together during my deal, that they are a happy bunch of people working in harmony so customers walk away with a smile. Small dealership with BIG results....that best describes Klaben Motors. Thanks again, Joe, for being the best at what you do! I love my Lexus!

At one time I sold new and used high-line luxury automobiles, so I feel more than qualified to write a fair and honest review about a personal car buying experience. I looked all over the country for a great low mileage used car and ironically ended up at Klaben Auto Sales just 20 minutes from my home. Joe Klaben, who sold me my car, came across as a no nonsense business owner that just wanted to make the customer happy and make a little money on his cars. I found nothing wrong with that! He has a small and friendly staff that made sure that I was taken care of. Case in point: I asked for a cup a coffee and his mechanic (the friendliest I've ever come across) personally brought me up a fresh cup from the back and looked happy to do so. Like that's something you see everyday?
