Excellent salesperson (Bigbie) who was patient,

Excellent salesperson (Bigbie) who was patient, knowlegable, and helpful. Interaction with the sales manager and the business manager was pleasant and professional. I would recommend this dealer to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle. I went in looking for a new vehicle but found a used one that I preferred. There was no issue.....they just wanted me to have a vehicle that satisfied me....not them.

We just purchased 2 cars from Dean McCrary Kia in Hattiesburg, Salesperson was outstanding. He handled all our concerns about buying, pricing and future servicing the vehicles with professionalism. We had some hickups but he worked thru them and made us happy customers. If you need a car go and see Duck!

Do not trust these people.

Do not trust these people. The staff in parts and services have lied to me and on me. They tried to manipulate me and gaslight me. These people are crooks and are not to be trusted. They will not touch my vehicle again.

Over charged

My appointment was at 11. They got finished around 2 or 3. Also before I've arrived there I talked to someone around the price of an oil change. She told me it's going to be around $80. When I checked out it was $110. They tried to over charge me because I was a female. Also didn't even wash my car as promised. I got it back dirty. Please don't waste your time at this dealership. The service is slow, they over charge and the waiting area is dirty.

Worst car buying experience of my life.

I felt rushed through the whole process. I was willing to put down a large down payment if they would give me a few days to get the rest of the money out of investment accounts. But I was told no, they would not go for that. I would have to take out an auto loan. It would be "easy" to pay it off after I got my money from investments. BIG lie - it was not easy, and I ended up paying more interest and fees than I expected. BIGGER lie - "The car has been recently serviced by our technicians; oil changed, etc." Soon after I got it home, the "change oil" light came on. Took it to a mechanic, oil had not been changed and nothing had been serviced. Carfax says last service date was 2/05/22. I bought it on 1/4/23. Very disappointed in their dishonesty and refusal to bend a little to make the process easier for us.

Set an appointment online twice for an oil change.

Set an appointment online twice for an oil change. No one ever calls to confirm. Called the last time to schedule it said first available was Saturday and to schedule it online. Did that showed up at opening for them to say their service center isn’t open on Saturday. How convenient. They must not want business. Will drive up to Laurel from now on.

Best service department

Didn’t buy my 15 optima from Dean McCrary Kia they had to replace my motor due to a recall Lisa the service manager got on the ball To get my car back to me Also flood damage to my car this month will have it back in great time Absolutely the best service manager I have ever worked with. I will drive my Kia 80 miles to Dean McCrary Kia in Hattiesburg just to get oil changed she very very good at what she does

2/28/22 my Kia Optima broke down.

2/28/22 my Kia Optima broke down. I called Dean Mccrary Kia and was told my vehicle could be diagnosed within two weeks so I chose to have it towed there due to having a “lifetime warranty”. After two weeks it hadn’t been diagnosed. No big deal. It went several weeks without being diagnosed and we never complained. Now here we are 6/27/22. Four months and the car hasn’t been looked at. I finally had enough and called KIA corporate because I thought maybe they could help all while I was also in contact with the dealership. The service manager Adam had previously asked me what happened to the vehicle and I told him it lost all power on the interstate, was making all kinds of noises, and Eventually shut off. He says yeah it’s the engine and says he looks me up in the system to see if I’m covered by the lifetime warranty and yes I was….but engines are taking 8 months to come in. A few weeks down the road my wife calls and speaks to Adam who says they haven’t checked the vehicle but will be diagnosing it and he will call back next week. He never called. We finally got in touch with him and he said he diagnosed the vehicle and had to send an email to KIA to get a lead time on an engine. “KIA hadn’t emailed him back.” Today KIA corporate calls me and says there is no record of the vehicle being diagnosed. He called and spoke to the dealership again and nobody knows anything about it being diagnosed, and there is no record of an email being sent to KIA. For anyone who reads this do not use this dealership. Go to google and see the reviews and amount of time people have had their vehicles there. Some have been there 6 months to a year and haven’t been diagnosed. I am paying insurance on this car and burning so much money in gas using my truck commuting for work because this was my work car. The dealership won’t give us a loaner and no one has tried to make things right or easier on anybody. I will never buy from them again and do everything in my power to get the word out.
