Dave's Import Auto Sales

Today I purchased my seventh car from Dave’s import auto. These purchases have been made over an eighteen year period. I am writing the review ahead of time because I know it will be a good experience. Dave stands behind his auto mechanic work, his paint and body shop, and his car sales. I have used all three at different times. I would highly recommend Dave and his son Idean if you are interested in any of these services. They are honest and they stand behind all they do.

I've been dealing with the dealership, repair and body shop for years. No issues ever. I can't say the about two similar local businesses. In fact the guys here have been able to fix the others " mistakes?"

I came to Dave's after being exhausted from going from dealership to dealership and being pestered by endlessly eager salesmen. My expectations were low, but Idean and his crew FAR exceeded anything I could've hoped for! I had come to look at one car I saw posted online, but another on the lot caught my eye, and Idean immediately let me test drive it. After that, he didn't hesitate to let me take it to two different mechanics for pre-purchase inspections on two different days, and he was *incredibly* gracious in putting up with my endless texts and phone calls. Not once did he pressure me into buying anything, but he was very willing to answer any questions I had about the car. To top it all off, Idean even detailed the inside of the car for free after I had been driving it for a week. He and his team gave absolutely above and beyond service that you will not get elsewhere, and I could not feel any better about the purchase I made! I definitely will not be car shopping anywhere else from now on!

Best car buying experience ever! Idean knew everything about the car we were interested in. He let us know the imperfections as well as the attributes of the car. I am confident that the car we bought will last us a long time!

After working with Idean at Dave's Auto, I can absolutely see why they have such high reviews. My husband and I found ourselves suddenly needing a second car (our previous car's engine failed). Like everyone during this pandemic, our income had dropped, so we were limited on our buying options and budget. We settled on the Chevy Equinox, reasonable prices, still good family space, and overall nice vehicle. I found several, but Dave's Auto had the best mileage AND the best price. Too good to be true? Actually, no. I called Idean one afternoon, said I was in the neighborhood and asked if I could drop by. He graciously welcomed me, let me test drive the vehicle, and look it over. When I walked away, there was absolutely ZERO pressure from Idean. After talking it over, my husband and I contacted him the next day to get the purchase started. He was gracious with the paperwork, flexible in meeting us at a time that worked for us, and charmingly polite to our super excited children who talked his ear off (thank you for that). BUT this is not the best part. Without being asked, without it being an issue that was raised, once the paperwork was signed, the checks written, Idean told us he had just installed a new wiper blade and new battery for us. Lengthy review, but here's the summation: BEST price on the vehicle compared to anyone in the area. NO PRESSURE service. ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE with car to buyer and vehicle. Thank you, Idean (and your team). This was literally the best, quickest, and easiest car buying experience.

Had a great experience with this family business. Very simple transaction and super friendly. No red tape, no BS and was very professional. Would definitely buy from them again.
