New Concept Inc

This is the ABSOLUTE worst experience I have EVER had with a used car dealer. Even scheduling the appointment for viewing the vehicle was sketchy. Initially the rep was unavailable for the SCHEDULED appointment but then reluctantly made his way to a SCHEDULED appointment. After we decided on the vehicle we wanted to purchae, I waited outside in the parking lot. The garage door was open that lead into the service area to the dealership. I happen to glance in there and see several guys huddled around the vehicle (I just purchased) and periodically looking back at me in the most suspicious manner. Like they were trying to hide something...... Less than ONE YEAR later the engine blew, the transmission needs to be replaced and the exhaust (from the cat to the muffler) is barely hanging on and the dealer did NOTHING to assist or even provide some info as to what my options might be. Yet I am STILL MAKING PAYMENTS on a car that DOES NOT RUN. Take my advice! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!

The purchase of a used 2016 Hyundai Elantra I made at New Concept, Inc.. in Norristown,Pa, was a very pleasant experience. The manager, Nick was very professional and expedient in pushing the paperwork through to get me my vehicle's Title and Registration to me. He was very thorough and patient in answering all questions I had for him about the vehicle. So glad I decided to go to New Concept.Inc. for my used car purchase and will certainly return for my next vehicle purchase for my 15 yr, old grandson who is a couple of years will be driving

Contacted the dealership in advance to arrange a test drive, I arrived at the agreed time, to find the truck in the garage with the hood up. They state the alternator is bad, and the dash lights are all lit up. Took a short test drive, but all warning lights remained on. I was told they would fix it. 2 days later they called to state they were actively putting in a new alternator. I told them, that if the dash lights all went out, to call me! I never heard from them again!

Great experience salesman was determined to get me a vehicle and he did. Great job would absolutely recommend!!
