I have never been so disappointed in a dealership in my life. Bought 2 brand new Fords from them with the understanding from the typical lying salesperson . Told us that we had car washes for Life. Well im not dead and they lied. Pulled up to the car wash and basically said.. xxx you customers.. you aren't getting your free car washes from us. I'm old school. Make a promise and keep it. They also had a problem with Ford f150s. Brought it in at the time, 2 weeks later around 9 am., asked if it was ready. Was told not yet. Went to that pathetic dealership and my truck was still outside. Went to get my oil changed at a costly price. Never reset the computer to say it was changed. Or was it? Keep clear of these cheats!

Service Department*** I scheduled a service appointment
Service Department*** I scheduled a service appointment at 8am for a replacement seat trim piece. At 4:30pm I had to call and check on my vehicle as I had not heard from them. I was informed no one had looked into my concern/vehicle yet. They wanted me to wait and pick it up the next day! I said say you’re telling me my truck has been there for close to 8 hours and nothing has been done! I needed my vehicle for an appointment the next day hence why the appointment was scheduled for today! Then they advised they needed to get the part number for the part and order it! They wanted me to take it back to them to get the part #! I’m sorry is this NOT a Ford dealership?? You don’t have access to part numbers?? So I waited and called back, spoke to the service manager, who informed me to yes bring it back for a Quick Look at the broken part, ok whatever. Take it back and they informed me my extended warranty did not cover the part and it would be $300 to replace a $40 part! Ok, but seems like someone/anyone could have checked the warranty info at ANY point and time before this fiasco happened?? Will NOT be bringing my car back to them for any reason, nor will I buy any cars from them in the future!!

We have bought 2 new vehicles from this dealership. Awesome people. They care more about you than the dollar signs. Had a problem with my now passed wife's Explorer. Darren helped me to say that it was still under warranty and he got roadside assistance with Heather. They got it started and with the help of Casey and Heather. I drove it to Garber and they replaced the battery and even vacuumed and washed it free of charge. BIG cudos to Darren,Heather and Casey!

Pat the financial manager Continued to work on my paperwork in the financial department to get me a lower interest rate. EVEN AFTER I PURCHASED THE BUICK ENCLAVE. Pat is a 5 star He really shows that he cares about his customers and reputation at gerber auto mall.. Tristian sales man continues to keep in touch with me. Even after 4weeks of purchasing. As the suv I bought is fully loaded and has so many bells and whistles to learn and play with. Question is will I ever know everything my vehicle has to offer me.
