I had my Doge Ram serviced on December 16. It was a very cold environment and no one had on mask. While I was sitting in the waiting room I heard the staff... making racist jokes. They stopped when I turned around and looked at them. I called to report it to a supervisor but he never returned my call!!

Just got my oil change on my F150. I made an appointment and they took the truck right on time. The dealership was spotless and everyone was very nice,... The truck was ready in a very reasonable amount of time. I chatted with the service advisor and was on my way. I got my brakes replaced here last month. I will be coming back! They are just right for me!
Buying from Garber Jeep in Green Cove Springs was the worst car buying experience we've ever endured. Our time spent with their team was frustrating and... very disappointing to say the least. We knew the exact vehicle we wanted so they didn't even have to spend any time selling us on buying a car from them. All we expected was for them to deliver us a clean vehicle, ensure all paperwork was correct, communicate with us, and keep their word on things they told us they would do. They delivered a dirty vehicle to us twice, paperwork continued to be wrong countless times, and Frank & Moose (Mustafa) would go back on what was told to us on several occasions. It was difficult getting them to explain anything properly (everyone was just the middle man and couldn't answer any of our questions/concerns). All they wanted us to do was not ask any questions and sign the erroneous paperwork. It was also extremely unsettling that once we finally signed all revised contracts they refused to return any of our phone calls about new issues they continued to mess up on. Overall, our dealings with Garber were anything but positive.
Mrs. Hollenback, We are very sorry to see this review from you. Unfortunately when the vehicle was brought to your home for home-delivery, it was not ...cleaned to your satisfaction. It was not "dirty" by any means. We brought the vehicle back and re-cleaned it again for you. There was an error on the paperwork with the VIN, and that did require us to resign a few of the documents one time. For that inconvenience, we did compensate your car deal with an additional $500 in savings and additional free oil change services. We offered numerous times to take the car back and cancel the deal altogether, but you did not want that to happen. We have never not returned any of your phone calls. All of the phone calls/texts are recorded in our system. Again, I'm sorry that you are so dissatisfied with us. That was never our intention. Good luck to you in the future. We hope your new Jeep Grand Cherokee gives you many years of good service.
