Was not looking to purchase, stopped to look. Sales lady was very friendly and helpful not pushing and gave us time to talk and discuss a very large purchase.

No. 1 I was pleased with GAM, I purchased two new and two Preowned, from a salesman I respected, Mr Danny. I went along with service issues, such as recommending things not required until 100,000 miles. First issue followed oil, filter and rotation. The TPM flashed for the left rear. When I got home I got my big 4way lug wrench, and could not loosen any lug-nut! I got my huge breaker bar and had to put my foot on the nuts. The last one would not loosen, I put my weight on it and the lug broke off! It was cross threaded! Improper use of the air impact caused this problem. After several calls, emails, Mr Clyde called to tell me, my next service would be on him. I asked them to rotate tires in accordance with the owners manual. This request was always disregarded. Requests to torque the lug nuts is disregarded. But calls for cabin air filters, brake system flush, and clean throttle body is recommended frequently. V/r James Work

Frank Lucas responded to my inquiry of the car on the internet in a timely manner. We set up an appointment to test drive the car. Both he and the car were ready as scheduled. We had an honest professional negotiation. We left with our beautiful corvette from introduction, test drive and out the door in 2 hours. Would buy from them in the future.

I purchased my $83,000 truck directly from Garber, expecting top-tier service and attention to detail—especially on its very first service visit. What I got instead was a series of careless mistakes that left me questioning the competence of their service department. They failed to fill the DEF and washer fluid, left the filler cap open entirely, and scratched the paint on my fender. Do they not use fender protection, or do they just not care? Either way, it’s unacceptable. Although the service manager offered to “make it right” after the fact, the experience left me with no confidence in their technicians. I’m not willing to risk further damage by handing this truck back to a team that showed such disregard the first time around. If you’re considering Garber, especially for high-end or new vehicles, think twice. The lack of care and professionalism I experienced was extremely disappointing—and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same.

I have never been so disappointed in a dealership in my life. Bought 2 brand new Fords from them with the understanding from the typical lying salesperson . Told us that we had car washes for Life. Well im not dead and they lied. Pulled up to the car wash and basically said.. xxx you customers.. you aren't getting your free car washes from us. I'm old school. Make a promise and keep it. They also had a problem with Ford f150s. Brought it in at the time, 2 weeks later around 9 am., asked if it was ready. Was told not yet. Went to that pathetic dealership and my truck was still outside. Went to get my oil changed at a costly price. Never reset the computer to say it was changed. Or was it? Keep clear of these cheats!

Service Department*** I scheduled a service appointment at 8am for a replacement seat trim piece. At 4:30pm I had to call and check on my vehicle as I had not heard from them. I was informed no one had looked into my concern/vehicle yet. They wanted me to wait and pick it up the next day! I said say you’re telling me my truck has been there for close to 8 hours and nothing has been done! I needed my vehicle for an appointment the next day hence why the appointment was scheduled for today! Then they advised they needed to get the part number for the part and order it! They wanted me to take it back to them to get the part #! I’m sorry is this NOT a Ford dealership?? You don’t have access to part numbers?? So I waited and called back, spoke to the service manager, who informed me to yes bring it back for a Quick Look at the broken part, ok whatever. Take it back and they informed me my extended warranty did not cover the part and it would be $300 to replace a $40 part! Ok, but seems like someone/anyone could have checked the warranty info at ANY point and time before this fiasco happened?? Will NOT be bringing my car back to them for any reason, nor will I buy any cars from them in the future!!
