Looking for a new car

Daniel was great. I'm not sure exactly what it is that I'm looking for but he was patient with me and helped me narrow down my choices. I'll definitely be back to see him!!

Finally, Great Customer Service at a Dealership

I went looking for a new vehicle at Paramount Kia of Asheville, and was immediately greeted while walking through the door, and was offered great customer service rather than trying to be forced into a deal that doesn't work for me. Daniel Kehler was a sensational help, and highly recommend that if you go, you ask for Daniel. Definitely recommend for all of your car buying needs.

another great experience at paramount kia!

We have been to paramount Kia 3 times. We have bought two Cars with them and leased one. It is always a great experience! Mike Whitman went above and beyond as did his team to make sure we left happy. It was not an easy task due to us having some negative equity to get out from under. But they worked hard to make sure we left with what we came for down to the last detail at a price we could afford! Thank you Mike and the excellent team at paramount we will continue to come to you guys for all of our car needs!

Car shopping that didn't suck...

We really hate car shopping. It's so shmoozy and sales people can be so fake and annoying. We were dreading this. But Allison was great - super personable, not pushy at all, and she really listened to what we wanted. The finance guy was very helpful, and we love the car! It was a win-win.

Excellent Alex very attentive to my requests and extremely!

Everything was good! I wish i could have gotten them to go down a little on the price of the truck. Alex was very helpfully.

Kia Stinger GT, MUST have

John was very knowledgeable in everything the Stinger had to offer. You can't beat the price and customer service anywhere. It's nice to know that I now have a "car guy" that I can trust to always get me the best deal.

Helped a damsel in distress!

I was on a trip to Asheville with my girlfriends when the engine light in my Kia Soul came on. I had a 5 hour drive home the next day, so I swung by the dealership. Michael helped me & had my car checked out. I made it back home just fine & the light was off within a day. Outstanding assistance from this man! Thank you so much!
