Amazed!

After a long day of car shopping my husband and I decided on just one more stop... we drove through the parking lot. because, honestly, we were sick of being hunted by sales people all day and couldn't bear ANOTHER salesman chasing us around the lot! We noticed a car that matched what we were looking for and decided to chance the swarming sharks! Lol John came out to greet us, and while we were prepared for the same old same old- we were surprised at the approach. John, the salesman, he was not... John the educator, he was! John was a true breath of fresh air! I highly reccommend, not inly the dealership for its friendly down to earth folks- but I would ho one atep further to say ASK FOR JOHN! He truly is a no pressure, extremely informative representative of the customer... I bought an Optima from John and the whole process took about an hour! I would gladly send friends and family to Paramount Kia to see John with 100% confidence that they will be treated fair with respect. Thanks John- Thanks Paramount Kia!!

Buyer beware

This is for their store on Tunnel Rd we were treated fine by salesman of course , we were not given the KIA loyalty and this was our third or fourth one , husband has excellent credit gave us a 5 or 6 percent on finance didn't explain anything was told would have Sirrus radio three months had one month, went back to ask something treated as though we didn't just buy a twenty one thousand dollar car, steer clear go to Greer.

My 2016 Kia Forte and John Miller

This dealership is top notch! John really works for the customer. I only went in for a test drive and 24 hours later I had a brand new 2016 Kia Forte. I will be sending my friends his way!

Great Experience

I bought a new KIA Soul at Paramount Kia of Asheville on Saturday, 10/29/2016. Tammy Jones and Anthony Parton were the sales people that helped me. They were great - friendly, helpful, but not pushy, nor did they pressure me any. This was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. The finance guy , Jordon Ogle was also kind and helpful and explained things well. I would definitely recommend these sales people and this dealership. I love my new KIA soul!!! Pam

I have been a kia soul owner for 3 years. Last night I totaled my car. This morning I called kia and I talked to Josh Flowers and expained my situation and he told me to come in. By 3 this afternoon I had a brand new 2016 kia soul. They took care of everything they made it so easy and stress free. God bless Josh and the team at paramount kia of asheville they are truly wonderful people.

Great first car experience

Everyone was very kind and patient with me through buying my first financed car. Bucky was knowledgeable about all the cars he showed me and took plenty of time to walk me through unfimialiar terms and concepts. He really seemed eager to help me get a decent car at a reasonable price. I came in looking for basically a junk car to get me by (after my car recently blew up) and mentioned that I always liked the Kia Soul, but they didn't have one on the lot I could afford due to a tight budget. Bucky went all out trying to get me in a Soul and ended up bringing one from another dealership for me to try out. Price was good, car was in good condition and turned out to be a plus model which we were both excited about. While they were working out bank stuff, I let my mother talk to bucky on the phone and when I got the phone back she told me "I really think he does have your best interest." So I bought a close to new 2015 Soul+ and haven't regretted it yet. Jordan was incredibly helpful also, even though I didnt spend as much time with him. He was also patient and made sure I understood everything before moving on, which as a first time buyer I appreciated greatly. He made me feel comfortable about my purchase. Great place with great people that respect your needs and treat you like a person rather than a dollar bill.

Very friendly and concerned for our well being!!

It does take a while to buy a car, but John Miller made the wait very enjoyable!! He was polite, friendly, and caring person!!! He really knows his job and knows how to take the tension off of buying a car!! That helps make the time go by faster!!! I have bought my last three cars from there, and would recommend the dealership to everyone!! Thank you John for everything!!! Everyone was nice!!!

Great experience! Great employees! Great SUV!

We looked for about 6 weeks and spent hours at 7 different area dealerships. We were wanting to upgrade from the Kia Soul we had to something that would seat an extra person comfortably and had AWD and most importantly, something that would fit within our budget. We were very specific and upfront as to what we could afford. We had "fair" credit (634) and a fixed monthly budget. We went to Hyundai of Asheville because we had purchased most recently there. Horrible experience! Lots of young, wet-behind-the-ear staff. We were told in a very condescending manner that we had "unrealistic expectations" and that was after we were pressured into staying past the time we told them we couldn't do what they offered. We went to Kia and had a great experience with Ben Brendle, but weren't able to get an APR we were comfortable with financing. Brandon Braswell said he'd keep working on it. A couple weeks went by and we received a phone call saying that they had something for us. We returned to Paramount Kia and met Jodi Biltoten. We arrived about 6:00pm after my husband got off work. Jodi showed us an AWD 2015 Sorento with less than 25,000 miles and certified pre-owned. We test drove it and it was exactly we had been looking for - complete with optional third row seating for extra passengers. Jodi was very knowledgable and extremely helpful and SUPER nice. Brandon Braswell was able to take our Kia Soul in trade and worked with banks to get us an APR that was 2.0% less than what we'd been offered at the other dealerships! Jordan Ogle was very thorough with explaining our paperwork and answered all questions. We have been thrilled with our deal and new-to-us SUV. Thanks again for all your hard work, Jodi, Brandon, and Jordan. Especially since we were there until 11:00pm...3 hours after closing! Paramount Kia has the same great customer service and professionalism that they claim to have in their advertising.

Stayed late

We thought they were closed but John came out and greeted us. Let us take a test drive. We were there until 10pm and bight the car! Salesperson, management, and finance we great!
