Helping my elderly Mom

"Best car sales person"

In the past purchasing a vehicle was a very long unpleasant day dealing with pushy salesmen so I was really dreading the need of replacing my car. Luckily, this time John Miller was helping me and made everything seem so much easier. He explained everything, answered my questions, and didn't make me feel pressured. Purchased my third Kia. Would highly recommend John.

First rate experience

I had been working with Tim Cousins over at Paramount Kia for a couple months looking for a Jeep wrangler. When they got one in that was what I was looking for they called me in to take a look at it. It wasn't even ready to be sold yet,but when I decided it was exactly what I wanted they rushed it into the service department and got it ready. They bent over backwards to get me in it,and at the end of the day I was driving the Jeep of my dreams. I really don't think anybody else would have been as helpful as Tim and his coworkers. I will definitely recommend them to everybody.

Pleasant experience

I really do not buy vehicles from dealerships because of past experiences. Everyone at Paramount Kia Asheville was pleasant, helpful, and patient. All of my questions and concerns were answered and addressed in a timely manner. Many times I would stop the process because I didn't understand something that was stated or shown to me. Each person would patiently explain it to where I understood. I was not going to buy a new vehicle, but after sitting down and discussing monthly payments, the better deal for me was a new vehicle. I am very happy with the service I received, the final deal I got on the vehicle, and my daughter is ecstatic with her new Kia Soul. P.S. I do not give 5 stars to many. So when you see 4 stars, know that is a high rating coming from me. There is always room for improvement.
