I have dealt with Lamb Nissan for over 11 years, at the service center and now purchasing an automobile. The guys and gals working there are by far more courteous than any other Auto dealer in this area. They listen to you with your questions and concerns and give a customer the feeling of really being an important part of their business. I have worked with service many times and they are very professional about the job's being performed on your car. Our car salesman took his time helping us find the right car for us with the budget we had. The Management and Finance department took their time with our many questions and concerns. Had an appointment at 8 am was working close by so told them that and to call me when my heated seat chip/module was in. Called around noon to Robert in service...didn't answer never does...left message to call me when it was finished as I had a very important meeting after work...got no call back walked over there after work and the guy walked to the back came back and said about half hour...an hour Robert strolled by and said shouldn't be much longer and I was understandably angry missed my meeting(I am a business owner) and I said well now I'm f.... Anyway...he said watch your language or I'll have you thrown off the property.. I said I'll say what I want and he said and you won't get your truck...I have had problems with them every time I have been there.. My truck has been making a churping noise since new and they keep saying it's fine...I paid over 60000 for my trail boss that I bought from them...never again
