Griffin auto has great prices for used cars. Dealer was straight and to the point, didn't try to push anything on me. That even replaced a hail damaged body part as they promised me.

We recently purchased a Chrysler Town and Country mini van from Griffin Automotive. They were very friendly and made it a quick and easy process. After a couple of months the van started to vibrate and shake while driving. We took it back to the dealer and they looked at it right away. We did not even need an appointment. Our van was fixed within a few days - all at their expense! I would not hesitate to buy another car from this place.

In February of 2016 I purchased a 2008 Honda CRV with low mileage and a clean record. I read the reviews before heading there and I can with honesty that anyone who is complaining about them being overpriced is being an xxxxxx. They specialize in older model cars with extremely low mileage as most of their inventory comes from retirees in south Florida, hence the low mileage and the vehicles haven't been driven hard by any means. I paid a fair price for an 8 year old car that had the mileage and wear of a 3 year old car. The buying experience was quick and painless and I can confirm that they stand by their work, even though you're buying it as-is. Recently, now that it's July, I turned the AC on for the first time and didn't get cold air. The 2008 CRV is notorious for burning out the AC Clutch due to a poor design by Honda. I should have checked it before I bought it, so that's 100% on me. I called to ask about it since during the sale I asked about the AC clutch to see if it'd been replaced yet since I knew it'd need it sooner or later and they said they never had a problem with it. I called today about it (5 months after buying) and they were very reasonable about it. They wanted to know what my mechanic quoted me to repair it to make sure I wasn't getting screwed and they offered me a free freon charge since it would need it. This is service above and beyond what they needed to do since I bought it as-is. I highly recommend Griffin Automotive and my CRV won't be the last vehicle I buy from them.
