I would recommend seeing Todd at Progressive, he was able to get me into the vehicle I wanted and my monthly payment is less than I had asked for.... I financed a 2014 Rav 4, and have been driving it for two weeks now. Todd worked hard with the banks to keep the financing within my price range. I was in desperate need of a new vehicle and he came through for me. They went through it, changed the oil, put on inspection sticker, brakes and rotors, I couldn't be happier.

I wrote the previous review about the pacifica and can not delete it so im writing another one to say they have redeemed themselves in my book. they are... taking another look at it and are working hard to make sure we are satisfied with our car. thank you so much progressive for being a wonderful dealership who stands behind what they say. Would not purchase another vehicle through this dealership.. bought car as it ( reassured only thing wrong was an 02 sensor). Car has been at service... station waiting for main control component for the past two weeks. Put cars on the lot without repairing them.( Told us short-handed on mechanics). Car would not pass inspection.. no spare tire. No jack. No lug wrench. Totally dissatisfied!

I inquired about a vehicle weeks ago through cars.com, never got a response.
I inquired on two separate vehicles. I even called on two separate days and left my name/number both times. NOBODY called me back. They lost me as a customer... before then had me. If the cars I inquired about had been sold, fine, TELL ME! Don't blow me off! POOR, POOR, POOR customer service
My fiancé and I saw a car that we liked a few months ago and asked one of the sales reps if we could test drive it. Whoever it was at the counter, his... first words were "we need to do a credit check on you first" and he said we were only allowed to look at the car. When we were looking at the car more in depth, the salesman did not attempt to talk to us whatsoever. Very unprofessional and did not give us the time of day. We ended up taking our business elsewhere to a dealership in Burlington.
We went looking for a car to seat our growing family. We test drove a pacifica. We loved the car so we bought it. Within the first 2 days we found out... that it needed repairs. new tie rods, brake/rotors were shot and the check engine light came on. We went back to the dealer and alls they will fix is the tie rods. We asked the mechanic to look at everything and when we called he said that they only wanted him to fix the tie rods and wouldn't let him even look at the other problems. Since when do you tell a customer that you will not even look at the problem. We asked what the problems were and if the car was safe when we bought it and the salesman said everything was good and he would never sell us a unsafe car. Seems to me that they lie and don't truly stand by what you say.
