Best used dealership in Sonoma County.....

I have been buying and servicing my cars at Quality Motors, for over 15 years. There is no one else I would trust fixing my cars. Jesus always goes above and beyond.

Avoid at all cost....it will cost you if not!

I had purchased a BMW at fair blue book value. I was so happy with it because it had low millage....The customer service was great and the buying process was very easy. However, I had to take my vehicle back the following week because it needed to be smogged. Then two weeks later I had to take my vehicle back to replace a censure (uge). Then a month later I had to take it back in for the breaks to be changed. Not only had I not owned the vehicle for three months but I was paying for the repairs that per California Auto Safety used vehicle laws, should have been done BEFORE the vehicle hit the sales floor, but it cost me time. Sadly, I did not do my research on the dealership itself. Had I have done so, I would have learned that the dealership is on PROBATION with the state of California for not meeting vehicle(s) presale safety standers and NOT informing to customer of cost of the repairs prior to repairing the vehicle. As a result and my fear that my BMW is going to be a MONEY pit. I have filed a report with the state and am now looking to purchase another BMW from a REAL BMW dealership!
