We were happy for a good price on our 2014 Prius C V. It is is nice condition and when I took it to a Toyota dealer for a thorough inspection, it only needed about $150 extra dollars of work. It's a clean car and roomy enough for extra gear as my son is taking it to his first job on the east coast. Gas mileage was an amazing 50 mpg on our drive home. So far, so good!

Purchasing a vehicle from out of state with a trade meant negotiation would be by phone. Brian was helpful and accommodating to answer questions and provide realistic expectations. There were no disappointments. In addition, the dealership found the spare key and mailed it to me after the sale, saving hundreds $ in replacement. My experience was fair dealing all around with no surprises.

I have been looking for a reliable SUV for a while now, and I just happened to come across Silver Auto. I fell in love with an Equinox they had. Matt was wonderful. He helped me every step of the way. Everyone was very patient with me while I had some things come up, and couldn’t see the SUV right away. Matt kept in constant communication with me, and he was so wonderful. What a great car buying experience.

Sold a 2018 Honda Civic 2 dr coupe on Friday, 11/14. Alex was absolutely great. They purchased the automobile for exactly what they had quoted. We will never sell or purchase with any other dealership! They were fair and honest which is not true of many other dealerships. Would recommend whether buying or selling. Do not waste your time with anyone else.

⸻ I recently purchased a 2017 Kia Sorento from this dealership. The advertisement stated that the car had keyless entry, and I was given two regular keys when I picked up the vehicle. I didn’t realize at the time that I hadn’t been provided a remote. When I contacted them afterwards, they told me the car doesn’t come with a remote and that it was a mistake in the advertisement. However, after doing my own research, I found that this model does normally come with a remote, which means the information in their listing was inaccurate. I’m disappointed because I relied on their ad and expected the features they promised. Buyers should double-check all details before completing a purchase, as the dealership did not take responsibility for their mistake.

After finding out that a vehicle I was interested in had an auto check performed it showed 1 accident. When I pulled a carfax, it had 2 accidents. When I made them aware of this they acted as if they had no idea. Shady if you ask me. When I asked for proper pricing due to 2 accidents causing a de-valuing of the veh. I never heard back from them. Will never buy from them or recommend them. Stay away.
