Great service as always.

Great service as always. We had a low pressure and decided to drive to dealership. Was able to get us in and found a big nail in our back tire. Repaired and we were on our way.

The work was done in a very reasonable time frame.

The work was done in a very reasonable time frame. Service person Scott alerted me to a problem with the vehicle, and it was handled swiftly and professionally.

I have been using Lucas since 2021 and have been pleased

I have been using Lucas since 2021 and have been pleased up until this point. It is always hard to schedule an appointment with them. They are always booked up due to holidays, summertime , and recalls as I was told by the Service Advisor Kerry. Every single time I have tired its always the same ole song and dance. When asked to give me a call should someone cancel, that never happens. I keep going back because it clean and the Service Manager is Awesome. Recently my car would not start and I think it is the battery, I am a traveling Nurse and I need my vehicle.

I have been using this dealership since 2021.

I have been using this dealership since 2021. Up until recently, I have been pretty pleased with the dealership. Lately though… it has been really hard to get in to get an appointment. Whenever I call it’s the same spill. Due to holiday coming, due to it being summertime, due to recalls they are ALWAYS booked up. EVEN WHEN YOU ASK THEM TO GIVE YOU A CALL IF THERE IS A CANCELLATION, nothing happens! From now on, I will only deal with Mr. Tracy. He listens and he tries to accommodate his customers with resolutions that work best for all parties.

This dealer should have been arrested for fraud.

This dealer should have been arrested for fraud. He tried to scam me for more than $10000.00 when I would not let him.He refuses to do maintenance on a car I paid almost$50,00.00 for. In the first six months of ownership the car was in his shop more than my driveway. He did not supply me with one piece of paper. Honda customer care is terrible a second dealer is trying to find ways to blame something else for parts falling off. If I had known how bad this company was I would’ve never been within five million miles of one of their dealers.

Very professional.

Very professional. Easy to make appointments. Service people explain everything that’s been done and if there are any issues that need to be addressed without pressuring me to get added stuff.
