Recent oil change
I am a definite Lucas Honda fan. More than that, I am a dedicated Honda person. I sometimes wonder "why" people don't buy a Honda. All you have to do is talk with a Honda owner. When I take my car to Lucas Honda I know everything, repeat: everything will be taken care of. I like the waiting area, it is easy to watch work being done on the vehicles and I can relax. I'm always kept up to date on what is being done and any service my car might need. I would not take my car any where else.......period!

Outstanding service department
Great experience, Brandon was exceptional explaining everything and not overcharging us let us know what really needed to be done I would definitely recommend this service department to anybody else for their Honda needs. We Will be back

3 strikes, you are OUT!!!
third time going there and never a good result, I was looking for a manual transmission vehicle, but not just any car!! I was looking for a manual, accord coupe, sad to say that not many dealers carry this type of vehicle in their lot, after a talk with the salesman and telling him exactly what I wanted, the manager said NO, they would NOT order, because the dealer would not pay for the delivery, I came in with a waiver from honda financial on a special to purchase another vehicle with a couple of waivers, one of them a NO security deposit!!! can you see where I am going with this, another thing is that I question them on a fee over a thousand dollars for add ons that I didn't ask on a vehicle, but the dealer charges no matter what!! looks to me that they don't like a person that is paying attention to every single detail before making a decision to purchase. So, after the third time trying to do business with them, I can finally say that I would NEVER do any kind of business with them, even if is a oil change, and I will teach my sailors to stay away from that dealership, Oh! and by the way, I been trained by the military as a financial specialist to help my soldiers in making wise decisions on any transaction; looks like it pays to study and train on this type of matter.

Oil Change and Strut Service
The service was excellent for fixing the strut noise from front passenger side with free of charge by re-greasing it. Oil service always great here with friendly staffs and environment inside and outside the facility. It is convenient since I live 10 minutes aways from this particular Honda dealer.

Vivienne Schmeisser I have an old Honda but I am always diligent in its upkeep. It is a "creampuff " as it is garaged most of the time. I have always been pleased with Lucas Honda dealership in all my dealings the service personnel are knowledgeable and polite. Waiting room is comfortable.
