Recently, I rented a 2024 Nissan Altima and drive up north for my granddaughters graduation. Upon my return I told my hubby, “If I was to ever get another car it would be the Nissan Altima”. My car stopped on me today and we found ourselves at Nissan Fontana Dealership and met Danny T., who is a master at exceptional customer service, making us feel comfortable and knowledgeable. We also met the Floor Manager Daniel, Otis and I can’t leave out our number 1 cheerleader LaLa-all we’re so friendly and confident that we would go home having had a great experience with our dream car. I couldn't have asked for a better all-around experience. Although Shelly was the the face of the sale (and she was wonderful), it was clear that the entire team was working hard to support her and get the deal done. I've found it's sometimes more painful to buy a vehicle with no trade, great credit, secured financing, and maximum flexibility on my side, because dealerships view you as a low-margin opportunity - especially when you're unwilling to pad the bottom line by paying for dealer add-ons, extended warranties, and high-cost maintenance plans. However, the team at Fontana Nissan understood my buyer persona and immediately met me where I was. They didn't waste their time (or mine) breaking out a four-square, parading out countless sales managers to wear me down, or pressuring me in F&I for those last few upsells. None of that. We found a great new vehicle for our daughter's 16th at a wonderful price, and I can say - with confidence - that I'll gladly do business with the folks at Fontana Nissan again.
