We were offered to bring the car to our mechanic to check it out and since it was kind of late, they put the car on hold for us to do it the following day, which we did. We bought the car, they gave us a new battery and a full tank. They took our old car as a trade in y they help us we financing and paperwork. Very nice people too. Very happy customer

I contacted the dealership online on a SUNDAY (when they're closed) and Mia emailed me that same day. I went in that Monday, did a test drive with TIM (awesome guy) and left with my purchase. I did a trade-in, but forgot a few personals left in my old car. Contacted them once again, Mia said to come get the things I had left behind, so I went in and MAVERICK (another awesome guy) had took care of me as far as that. Real genuine people and I am very pleased with my Toyota Highlander.

I purchased this car about 2 1/2 weeks ago. The car's dashboard wouldn't light up and this was a issue occured after I was already interested in buying the car. They refused to fix it and refused to budge on price. I purchased it as is and two weeks later my engine light came on and starting blinking. My car was shaking and misfiring. I had to get it towed and everything. It was exactly 14 days when this occured. I called them the very next day because I had a 15 day warranty. The lady told me to call the next day which is when my warranty would expire. Everytime I called back after that first call, she said maverick wasn't there.

They screw you over with not acknowledging what’s wrong with the car off the bat, they lie and cover up to avoid having to fix an issue and when asked about receipts for repairs they claim to have made they lie even more and avoid any questions at all cost as long as it gets them past that 15day-500mile warranty that way they can say “this is your issue now sorry”
