Great Car Buying Experience!!

New used Car and a baby

My wife and I and our 2 month old baby pulled into Marks lot in a rusted, unsafe, unreliable old car. We fell in love with a little red sonic he had. The management team really went to bat for us. We had never bought a car on credit and they walked us through it. We just paid it off. Car is awesome, just regular maintenance . Thanks Marks

Great Dealer / Great Customer Service!

I purchase a car at Mark's for my daughter and was thrilled with the purchase. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the car a week after I bought it. Rick jumped right in to take care of the issue and make it right. Very happy with his responsiveness and updates along the way. Glad to have the car back and wouldn't hesitate to buy another from Mark's!

Great experience

Rick made my first experience buying a car at a dealership great he worked with me and my wife getting the right vehicle for me and my family. Definitely recommend Marks Auto sales to friends and family and will definitely use them in the future when I get my next vehicle

Excellent

I was a first time car buyer. I had my eye on a 2008 Toyota Camry le for a couple of weeks. I went to look at the car and the car was in prestine condition. I had saved money to put down but was not looking for a co signer. I did not have enough credit history to finance the car through the banks. However Rick was able to help me find me a lender. Even the lender praised the dealership.They were able to get everything done for me in a day. My schedule is really busy with work and my two children. They took care of everything for me and even picked me up at my residence to pick up the car at the dealership. They were very professional and helpful. They gave me an opportunity. I am forever greatful.

Great pressure free service

Great and quick experience. Right when we showed up to look at cars Rick was out to inform us about each car we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable and receptive to questions. He did not pressure me and was honest about the pros and cons of each car. The next day I was driving out of Marks with a great price on a used car

nightmare car purchase

4th cylinder failed 1st day. i diagnosed it for him. bad plug. don't you check plugs before you sell a car????? " misunderstanding " on auto check. i'm told clean, find out later it always said 2 accidents. i don't think i would have bought if i knew. mark offered to buy back at a price he thought was great. it would have been financial suicide for me with the loan and money i put down. now after 9 months of use, doors directing A/C and heat air making very loud noises. i know that means they are rubbing against something or just going to break. expensive. i must just have to leave it on floor and windshield since the air will come through that setting. terrible alternative. 9 months, no resale value, problems with car and i am still paying like i have something of value. terrible experience.

When the spark plug failed, back in September, on the first day after Matt's car purchase, we made it a priority and fixed the problem to get him driving his 2007 Kia right away. Months later when Matt came to us about the "misunderstanding" with the AutoCheck report, Mark offered to repurchase the car, that day, for more than the extra clean book value. After some consideration Matt stopped by, thanked Mark, and said that he had decided to keep the car. Last week Matt came in and we gave him a reference to mechanic to look at the problem with his heater door as he requested. That was the last that we heard from him until reading his review. We are celebrating 38 years in business, and continually being voted one of the best places to buy a used car, as well as being voted the best in the 2013 Press & Sun Bulletin's Reader's Choice Awards. Mark takes great pride in his reputation and the satisfaction of his customers.

went beyond what was expected

Rick made us another key without us even having to ask . You will not get that at simmons rockwell. Also van was detailed top notch. Plus a good deal too.

Great Service, Great Experience!

I had a great experience with Mark's Auto Sales. I worked with Tracy and she was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and she did not pressure me into anything. I was extremely happy with the way things worked out and I am loving my new car!
