Think before using Wolfchase Ram for Service

was inexcusable. From the moment they took my Truck in to the 18 plus day that followed they mishandled and misrepresented the repair until my warranty was declared void. The Technician make personal comments in writing that later turned out to be misleading and fails. This and the three week back and forth battle lead to the warranty adjuster saying to the service director and I quite" We cant do our job if you do not do your!"

Think before using Wolfchase Ram for Service

Easy going, Engaging customer service

A very good Sales Manager that leads a very out going sales team. I’m team Ford and they made it easy for me to buy a Dodge.

My experience buying a new car this week at Wolfchase Chrysler Dodge and Jeep was informative ,exciting and fair experience. The sales team did not hound me but were truly helpful and accommodating They knew their cars and answered all my questions They were patient and seemed genuinely grateful for the business The managers do not hide in an office but will come talk to you

Dodge Ram Rebel

Don't trust this dealer

we bought a pre-owned certified car from this dealer 29 days ago. started making noise when stopping. took it to a mechanic to see whats wrong. it needs breaks. called this dealer to let them know that they missed that it needs breaks when they did their pre-owned certified inspection. they said there's nothing they can do and that we waited to long to tell them. and they would look at it for a fee. very rude sales manager. I do not recommend buying a car from here. I was going to buy another truck from them in a few months. not anymore I'll be taking my money to a more professional and diligent dealership. that care about the safety of their customers.

Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab with 6’4” Bed

I did my research. Made an appointment. Went in with paperwork in hand. Within minutes Paul Kirk found exactly what I was looking for, gave me a far trade for my truck and got me the available discounts on a new truck. It was painless!!! Very Very Pleased.

Service way too slow

Had bought four tires and it took them almost 4 hours to put on my vehicle, service writers as a bunch of keys on his desk and didn’t inform me it was done until I asked, handed me my keys told me my car was parked up front and I found my car parked in back by the mechanics , I purchased my car new there and I will never ever go back again, putting on a set of tires is a 45 min job!
