The whole experience was super smooth, from beginning to end. Dave was always available and had an answer, if he didn’t know he would find out and contact me. My wife and I decided it was time to get rid of the minivan life and move on over to something smaller. We chose a newer RAV4 after driving a few vehicles and we were amazed at how it drove.
