I had the best customer service at Daytona Toyota.Daytona Toyota is the best car dealership I ever visited. My saleswoman Amanda Veyerano went above and beyond. She kept me informed. She is on point. If anyone need to purchase a vehicle go to Daytona Toyota and ask for Amanda Veyerano. She will explain everything to you and she will do everything in her power to get you in your vehicle. She don't quit. Jimmy and Amanda will go out they're way for you. Thank you Daytona Toyota for hiring an awesome team.

I ordered a set of wheel locks and changed my mind.

I ordered a set of wheel locks and changed my mind. My service advisor told me I’d get a 15% restocking fee because it was a special order. (After I decided to return and they still had item) I escalated to Scott the Service Manager and he flat out denied me from getting a full refund. I escalated it to Max the General Manager and he gladly and rightly so granted my refund. I should not have had to escalate after I just purchased a 39,000 Tacoma and then pit $2,000 into it with accessories. Beware of Scott!

The dealership was very helpful in picking out our vehicle. They were concerned with our needs and our choices. Explained our options and what they had inventory that would be a good choice. Made us feel very comfortable and no pressure. Very family oriented which we preferred over high pressure sale pitch. Everyone was very considerate of us personally. Very respectful too. It was a great experience and purchase.

Purchasing the vehicle, I felt that I has a good

Purchasing the vehicle, I felt that I has a good experience. Took longer to get my vehicle than expected but the wait was worth it. No the the service and parts department did not tell of a delay until I called them and asked when will my vehicle will be ready. That was when they told me of the delay. I fell like the service center should contact the customer of changes or of delays when installing and doing services.
