Fantastic experience with the team here purchasing a new

Fantastic experience with the team here purchasing a new vehicle for my son for his first car. Nick, JC, Rodney and leadership were amazing to work with. We came in at around 6:00pm and were out the door around 8:00pm with the car and a deal I felt good with, as we worked on the price to almost my first offer. I would absolutely work with this dealer again and again. They also have one of the best and largest maintenance facilities to support any purchased vehicles if needed. Thanks again all!!!

Best dealership with the best sales

My son called Gary Youmans Ford to inquiry about a Ford Edge. Tyler showed top notch professionalism.He went above and beyond to hold the vehicle for us. We came from Jacksonville and it was well worth the drive to meet Tyler . He is a great asset to Gary Youmans Ford Dealership in Daytona Beach. Tyler is now my salesperson for vehicles. He is an exceptional person and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you Tyler for treating me with kindness. We all left with smiles and great confidence in this dealership. Patrick leitch got me the deal I needed. I gave them the rates I was comfortable with on a Ford Escape and not only did he get me those rates: he got me those rates on a Bronco Sport! I feel like the best way to leave a dealership is knowing you got the best deal and I definitely feel good about this purchase: thank you Patrick!

We appreciate the customer service we received on our

We appreciate the customer service we received on our service sppointment we had a couple recalls needing attention as well as the horn had stopped working. We were also having trouble with our trailer hitch sensor and/or computer which was not able to be diagnosed by the first set of eyes. But because it was a real safety concern the service advisor Charlotte took the extra time and effort to request that their master technician to take another exhausted look for possible issues or concerns not detected the first time. The master technician did locate a fuse for the trailer hitch tow was blown and this eould cause a delay and repeated none connection sensor to be activated. Charlotte was very pleasant and showed extra time in making sure they exhausted there efforts in resolving the issues especially the tow hitch sensor as we run a business where we rely on it to work appropriately. So we thank Charlotte and the 2nd technician/ master tech or lead tech for providing 5 star service. Charlotte was professional from start to finish with giving updates and thorough explanations. Thank you Charlote and Gary Yeoman's Ford Service department.
