They are crooks they rip you off.
They are crooks they rip you off. Don’t buy from them. There are plenty of ford dealers in brevard county Florida to buy a ford from are a fair price and not these criminals . There’s a general manager name TJ in the Palm Bay off that should be fired and Gary Yeomans should be shut down by ford for literally screwing people. This is a small town and they will have channel 9 there soon if they don’t fix my problems. Soon. Hopefully I can get enough people that got screwed to start a class action lawsuit. Shut them down Ford motors before your stock goes down from $11 dollars a share to zero. You should not have dealers ripping people off with xxxx cars and rip off prices and crooked service people. They rob you blind if you let them. I would never buy a ford again. I bought 2 one new one used got screwed both times. Their salesman are taught to lie and steal. They just hired back a crooked salesman Jason Lewis left Palm Bay ford sold solar went to Kelly Ford back at good old crooks Palm Bay ford. This guy is so crooked he can’t make it anywhere. So a solar crooked goes back and forth to ford dealers. That TJ general manager hires these Lyin crooks because Gary Yeomans likes those kind of criminals. Fire that general manager, Shut down Palm Bay ford.

I visited the dealership with my F250 because I had been
I visited the dealership with my F250 because I had been satisfied with my previous dealings with the dealership when we had a business. I had a check engine light on that a preliminary check indicated a problem with #2 cylinder. But because of the time of day further investigation could not be performed. That was very understandable. It returned the following Friday and the service representative was kind enough to work me in. I did tell him that the engine light that morning became intermittent. The report came back from the technician was that I had a bad coil on that cylinder and it would cost $1,200.00 to replace. I declined the proposal. It?s very interesting that since I left in that day, six days ago, the engine light has never returned. I believe the technician, probably unknowingly fixed a loose wire and saved me $1,200.00 But $1,200.00 to replace a part that I could buy for less than $300 is very excessive. I may return to purchasing a new vehicle, but not for service.

We added several custom options to our new F150 before we took delivery. Their custom services shop ordered and installed all the options without issue. Customer service really does matter to us, and they met all our expectations.
