I am very upset with the finance department at Gary

I am very upset with the finance department at Gary Yeomans Ford of Daytona I was very specific with them on my information on phone numbers and emails. I asked them to remove the old ones from their system. They assured me it would be done. They did not and now all the email correspondence that I was receiving. Went to the wrong email which I can not access . now I have to jump through hoops with my financing in order to change everything just so I can make my first payment. I think it was dismissive and it’s not good business a specially with the amount of money that the loan is for. This is the sixth vehicle that I have bought from this dealership . The fact that they literally just auto filled my information and sent it out for financing I think is very lazy of the finance department, especially when I was there for about two hours going over everything with them very specifically and ask them not to let that happen .

I am very satisfied with the service I?m getting from Gary Yeomans. My Service Advisor Nina is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She maintains my vehicles for many years and I am very satisfied. One of my vehicles is F150 with more than 200K miles and still in very good condition,
