Very easy buying experience. Eddie and the rest of the staff were very helpful and made ordering my new 2500 HD a very painless experience. Very upfront, no hidden fees. Have bought my last 3 trucks/SUV from Lake Havasu Bradley Chevrolet and will continue to do so.

BRADLEY CHEVROLET in Lake Havasu City, AZ is a stand up business. I bought a 2021 Suburban a year ago and they have addressed every issue brought to them. I truly appreciate the integrity that I have come to know in this company. My salesman Eddie never dissapoints, and the GM, Arnold Tovison has always made thing right. Service on my 2012 CTS
I had my car serviced on May 12th. All the oil leaked out and the dealership sent a tow truck to pickup my car. Turns out there was a busted O-ring on the filter that caused the leak. they fixed it and cleaned the under carriage of my car to get any excess oil off.

Over all a wonderful experience
I recently purchased a 2020 3500HD from Bradley Chevrolet, and I have to say the experience was excellent. Eddie Gonzales was my sales rep. and he was very knowledgeable of this truck. He answered all my questions, and I had a lot, with precise accuracy and without hesitation. This truck has many features I was not familiar with so Eddie took his time to make sure I understood the function and operation of each feature. Over all a wonderful experience and highly recommend him if you want to purchase a Vehicle from Bradley Chevrolet. I also would like to thank Alberto Espinoza, finance manager, for his equally impressive knowledge when writing my contract. I don't know if I have ever had this much fun with a vehicle purchase!
