Waited two hours for a oil change, price was expensive. Asked if they could wash the car as well and they didn’t, what’s the point of getting car washes for life if they don’t do it?

Cameron was very helpful in assisting me with finding my dream vehicle. I was coming from out of state, so he made sure that everything was ready to go upon my arrival. The interim Finance Manager was able to get me a better rate than my credit union was offering which made the buying experience that much better. My visit to Rohrman Gurnee VW was amazing. I would definitely love to work with them again in the future.

Hello Bill. Thank you for reaching out! Julio was extremely professional and attentive. Unfortunately, the wait was too long for an oil change and tire rotation. This is the 2nd time in a row my oil change reminder sticker was not placed on the windshield. Difficult to remember your oil change schedule. Otherwise, as always a pleasant experience at VW Gurnee.

Deliberately Deceptive. Bait and Switch.
Bob Rohrman VW hit me with a bait and switch yesterday. I drove 90 minutes each way after confirming twice in 4 hours over the phone that they had the cars I wanted to see. On arrival, I learned that they actually had none of the cars I wanted to see, and may have had one of the three earlier in the day. Nobody expressed any concern over wasting my time or deceiving their customers. Today, they still have 5 VW Golf GTI's listed on Cars.com that they told me to my face they didn't have yesterday, and weren't even allocated to the dealership. They're also emailing me to ask when I can come in to see these cars. The fact these are still listed tells me they didn't make a mistake. They deliberately deceived me to attempt a bait and switch.

They seem very nice.
They seem very nice. The salesperson did not know to much about the car. It is a used car. The day after I bought it the check engine light came on. Yhey fixed it but it is on again. Both front tires have leaks in them.
