Scheduled my service for 10am.

Scheduled my service for 10am. They had my GLC which I asked for clean and ready to go. I got a txt from the service department at 2:00 that said my car was finished. Exceptional service and fast. This is what a dealership should be!!!!

I have nothing but great things to say about MB of

I have nothing but great things to say about MB of Lancaster or the employees that work there. Ben Drake, our salesperson, was courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive to our questions. He provided excellent follow up and was instrumental in ensuring we could make a deal on our c-300 that was satisfactory to all parties. Taylor , the product specialist was extremely helpful and patient with us while we became familiar with the cars technology. She also followed up promptly with a few videos to reinforce our understanding of the cars capabilities. Lastly, Robert Wall was super efficient in processing the paperwork so we were not there for hours immersed in paperwork

Everyone was very welcoming and the whole process was

Everyone was very welcoming and the whole process was quick and organized. Jeremy did an excellent job of explaining what needed to be done. Was given my loaner car immediately-very smooth process. Highly recommend this dealership.

Lancaster Mercedes Benz...Can't beat it!

I dealt with this dealership eight years ago when purchasing my first Mercedes C300. The sales, service, and parts have always been exemplary. And I loved this car...actually told co-workers at the time that I'd be buried in it. Circumstances have changed. I've never been an "SUV person," but found that I needed one now. Perused their website a few times, and found that there was a Certified GLA250 in my price range...yes, the middle-class can afford a Mercedes. Took my beloved C300 over "just to "window shop" a bit, and came out with a fair trade for the GLA250. What really tells me that these people go "above and beyond" was that I didn't take the Title to my car along. After all, I really was only going to "window shop." Not wanting to put up with traffic going back home, and back to Mercedes to complete the transaction, Kyle followed me home, we signed off on the Title, and he went back to Mercedes with it. Yes, I am one of the "middle-class," and there are many wealthy people buying these automobiles. But there is no "caste-system" at Lancaster Mercedes-Benz. Everyone is treated well...and so are their cars.

Great Dealership

As a woman I find this dealership easy to make an appointment, their workmanship is flawless; and I like that they inform you of issues of which you may not be aware. Angela is great and keeps you informed of the status of your car and when it will be ready.

As usual, the routine maintenance and state inspection were carried out flawlessly. I moved to another county two years ( still within PA) and continue to take my 2018 GLC to Mercedes Benz of Lancaster because of the attention to detail, professional demeanor and seamless hand-offs to the maintenance department by the excellent Customer Service team. Thanks folks!

Worst experience ever at a Mercedes Benz dealershi

I had a very difficult time using my own finance company “ navy federal” was discouraged from using my credit card was told could only use up to 3k because of customers trying to get frequent flyers very confused as long as the transactions are approved who cares why you are using your visa/Mastercard to pay for products and services Rob Wahl at MB of Lancaster made it very difficult for us to complete our sale he thought it was ok for us to pay for our vehicle and we leave the dealership with a dealer tag so that he could have rights to the car in case his bank m&t rejected our check from navy federal and then proceeded to inform us about identity theft that occurred at some point We were highly offended and humiliated my husband being a retired military veteran of 24 years and a current high clearance government worker we were very surprised to be treated this way. upon finally finishing the transaction and speaking with our bank several times we were able to get it done only to find the vehicle was never detailed and there were dents and scratches on the vehicle we have not received information on the warranty or my Mercedes app on how to use our applications included we were told the gift center was shut down @ noon our salesperson Janyce was nice however I think she could have went a little harder for us they have dealt with many federal customers before so Rob Wahl was fully aware of the process Our initial call to the dealership was not really taken into consideration we were told by our salesperson that she may have customers show up or not show up that’s when we let Ryan Charleston know all our information and ETA we were coming from out of state and had every intention on getting to the Lancaster dealership and we had a particular vehicle and stock number we were going to see so that was disappointing to learn For a transaction that should have been seamless several more hours of our time was taken away by a man who was clearly racial profiling We just wanted to purchase a vehicle of our liking and pay for it with our own financial institution and go home with our purchase and come out with a great experience at Mercedes Benz. But if the owner is allowing this type of behavior i will make as many people aware of these shady business transactions that are taking place Not allowing customers to use their credit card to pay for their transactions putting a limit on how much you can use on your own credit card and trying to intimidate you from using your own financial institution to purchase a vehicle if your getting better rates from your institution what’s the problem Not everyone wants to or can finance through Mercedes Benz and desire their own financial institutions. Rob was very confusing in one sentence he was saying he was 100% sure his bank would be ok with the check and next minute he was saying he was fearful that his bank would reject it so I asked him to pick which one he wants to do with. In the end He was told by navy federal he would be paid no matter what as long as he received the validation code he was able to receive the funds no matter the expiration date because the code was received before the expiration date on the check so I know he felt very small He informed us that he has been in the business for years so there was no excuse for this behavior he is very familiar with the process so it makes us feel very uncomfortable and humiliated and to the next customer you apologize for them waiting to make it look like it’s our fault that your next customer was waiting as if our time isn’t valuable Mercedes please make sure the dealerships that are carrying your name are treating everyone with respect and respecting their financial decisions Unfortunately I would not refer any of my Mercedes owners to the MB of Lancaster I did have a good experience with my sales lady Janyce Chalfant
