The best experience I have ever had buying a car.

The best experience I have ever had buying a car. Tom was so nice and helpful, and talking with him was like talking with one of my good friends. The van I bought is still running great and I just love it.

Auto purchase nightmare one month after purchase.

Read ALL reviews online before considering Auto House Waukesha. Numerous bad reviews that cost customers thousands in repairs soon after purchase. I bought a used 2015 Forester. $3240 in repairs one month later. My review on G00gle and Y3lp prove it with photos of repair receipts. Bad axle shafts, caliper frozen, bad rotors, pads, bad tires, differential issues, still have transmission issues. They claim to thoroughly inspect every vehicle. Bad reviews prove that is a lie. They just hope the customer won't notice. Very dishonest dealership. Don't trust them. Worst Auto dealership around.

pulls to the right

Was looking for an 05 or 06 Honda CR-V. They had one and I bought it. At the time of sale I mentioned it pulled to the right and Chris, the salesman, said they'd take care of it. A few days later I picked up the car and while driving home it still pulled to the right. Ok, whatever. I expected this and was prepared to get a wheel alignment anyway. While getting a 4 wheel alignment, Firestone told me that the right rear could not be serviced because of rusty bolts and the mechanic was sure he'd break the bolts if he attempted to loosen them. So the vehicle was not able to have a 4 wheel alignment done. I took it back to Auto House and they said they could free up the rusted parts so that an alignment could be done. To their credit they also took care of another issue. When picking up the car I asked Chris if by chance an alignment was preformed so that I didn't have to go back to Firestone. He said an alignment was done. I asked where as I knew they did not have ability to preform alignments at their shop. Chris waved his hand and said they took it over there. While driving home it still pulled to the right. One would think that if work was preformed a test drive would be in order. They did nothing. Overall I am pleased with the vehicle. I am very disappointed for being lied to twice about the same issue. Typical used car salesman. Oh well. Buyer beware.

A decent place to buy a used car...

I was looking for a safe car for my daughter, and happened upon a Hyundai at Auto House that was in our budget. I had never worked with them before, and was a little concerned by a negative review. Turned out there was no need to worry. They are a business, and won't hold a car for you on a "I might be interested", and no one should expect that from ANY dealership. I was interested in a car, so I wrote them a (refundable) deposit to temporarily hold the car so I could schedule my mechanic to review it. When my mechanic was available, I picked up the car and took it in. My mechanic found an issue. I still wanted the car, but I wanted that issue addressed. Auto House worked out a fair price to do the work, and the car was ready for delivery 2 days later. We've had the car a week, and so far no surprises which is what we were hoping for.

Auto House Waukesha

I looked at close to 400 trucks on line at 4 different sites. Auto House had the most reasonably priced truck in my price range. It was very clean and in much better shape than the others I looked at. The owner and all the staff were very nice and a pleasure to deal with. I did have a problem with a service engine light. They fixed the problem in a timely fashion. I will be back when I need another car or truck.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! NEVER GO THERE!

This was a horrible experience. Not to mention that their cars are ALL overpriced, but we had horrible customer service. I had to walk in, and ask to be shown a car there was nobody willing to help us. It was like pulling teeth. Also, when I asked to look at the car, I had to ask all the questions the sales man didn't even try to offer any information on the vehicle. The next car I looked at WOULDN'T even start!!! Like seriously, have the car ready for me. NOT TO mention 2 of the 3 cars I looked at smelled horribly of SMOKE!! SO disgusting. Such a shady, disgusting place. Never going back there.

Good customer service and a quality used truck. Low miles. Very easy purchase process. I would recommend this dealer to friends and family
