My sales person was Ximena. She was awesome. It was pretty easy. The process didn’t really get to get the vehicle that I wanted, but the one that I do have it’s pretty nice fully loaded. I will be referring people if it comes down to it.

My wife and I came in looking for a jeep we told the salesman what we wanted price was that we was paying cash he said ok was being really nice he found a jeep above what I was looking for and I said I would buy cash right now for 19,200 dollars he then tried to get. E to finance the 2k he needed I told him I wasn’t interested in that option that I was paying cash he then told me banks pay them a kick back for financing I told him my offer was 19,200 dollars cash he kept saying things I want interested he got upset raised his tone I told him thank you stuck out my hand and he refused to shake it and then started raising his voice at my wife I told him don’t raise ur voice to her he continued to be very unprofessional and was very lucky in my older age that I have become patient and passive if not he probably would have been sleeping . He kept yelling I hvnt accepted ur offer I said yes I no that’s why I’m leaving he continued to follow us saying and yelling the same thing I will never buy from your company and neither will anyone I know .

These folks were very professional, knowledgeable, and laid back which we really appreciated. No high-pressure sales! Kory went above and beyond in his dealings with us. He was actually a pleasure to work with. Randi who also took care of the financing paperwork should also be commended on her service and knowledge of the programs available to customers.
