I've been fortunate enough to purchase many vehicles in my life. 3 in the last year alone. This was by far the best all around experience I've ever had. Bradley, our salesman, was fantastic. Never pressured, very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with. Finance was equally friendly, professional, and not pushy. Helpful in making adjustments I asked for to cement the deal. Definitely worth the hour plus drive to get there, 100% recommended

During my service visit the sensors were not cleared so 2
During my service visit the sensors were not cleared so 2 days later the oil change, pit and tire reminders started popping up again. They also forgot to replace the oil change mileage sticker.

Sheehy Infiniti is exceptional in every way. Paul Abel, my service manager, is professional, extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and an overall pleasure to work with. He has helped keep my 2012 QX56 running strong for more than 10 years. My decision to upgrade to a newer 2024 Infiniti rather than get a different type of car altogether was partially influenced by the exceptional service and care I’ve had all of these years with Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis. I didn’t want to leave them!!

I have NEVER in my entire experience of buying vehicles
I have NEVER in my entire experience of buying vehicles been treated so unfairly by a dealership than I was with Sheehy Infiniti. Found a vehicle, test drove it, loved it. 30 mins after leaving the dealership from the test drive, called the sales rep and told him, “we’re buying it, bag and tag it” as we said, we’re getting it. If you can have it ready, we want to pick it up tomorrow!! Sales guys, Bradley, told us “Great. I’ll put a sold sticker on it and we’ll get the process started.” Started the process right then and there, sent over all the information they needed, had private financing through our credit union, just needed the PURCHASE order to send to our bank to get the check which was sent to us THAT NIGHT, had it all done with the bank and everything. Next day, we get up, had everything lined up, told Bradley “we’re picking up the check and we’ll be there to you.” Bradley even asked us to send him a “picture of the check” which my husband and I thought was ODD. How much more serious do you need us to be? We’re coming with the check in hand. My husband is disabled with an LVAD and it takes us a little longer to get anywhere. We get a call, AS WE’RE ON THE WAY TO SHEEHY INFINITI, from Bradley telling us “oh upper management sold the car to someone else. Sorry. This is out of my hands, they want to sell it to this referral because they’re financing through us and they’re right here and upper management says ‘first come first serve’ .” I find that EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. My husband and I WERE FIRST and were knocked to the side for WHATEVER reason. I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM SHEEHY AND I WILL BE SURE TO LET EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER BUY FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP. ANYBODY READING THIS REVIEW SHOULD BE VERY xxxxING CAREFUL WITH THIS GRIMY xxx DEALERSHIP. I’ve bought a few cars in my life and I have NEVER heard of some xxxx like this. WE WERE THE FIRST INTERESTED AND MADE IT CLEAR THAT WE WERE BUYING THIS CAR. I could see them selling it had we not had a purchase order or started any process to buy it.
