My salesman was Greg. He made the process very easy by providing me a portfolio with everything from the maintenance records to the vehicle specifications.... My experiences with Infiniti of Annapolis are always pleasant. From the moment I get out of my vehicle the staff is very polite. My service representative... Mr. Abel is always a pleasure to do business with. Thanks for your hospitality and knowledge.
HORRIBLE experience, the only good thing I have found about this dealership is the beautiful design. March 2019, I drive from Philadelphia to Maryland... to purchase a Q50. The sales manager, Chris got me through the process quickly, finance manager, Max, was very nice (only thing I didn’t like is that your car cannot be qualified as Certified unless you finance through them, which is what I had to do and then switch to my bank). I go to get in my car to drive off (7:30pm) and before I could even close the car door I realize I only have ONE key. Problem #1 – given ONE key. My husband Immediately tries to go back inside but they quickly lock the door and no one answers (within 60 secs of my leaving). I call Chris and he finally answers and says everyone has left. I was out of town, but said I would stay in the area another day to get the other key. I call again, wait and wait. No key, so I drive home, they could just mail it to me. Then I am told they couldn’t find the key. If this is a Certified Car the keys should have been apart of the check, and Chris knew when selling me the car the key was missing, that was the first thing I noticed. Problem #2 – I felt trembling as I hit the brakes. I took the car to a local Infiniti dealership who confirmed the Rear brakes were new (level 9) and the Front brakes were fair (level 7) but the front rotors were at .4 and would need to be replaced soon. I did speak to the Service Manager, Tracey, about my brakes and she said they should last a few months, but because I’m a woman and we brake more often, it can go quicker. A comment I was very uncomfortable with. 7 months later I was informed by my local Infiniti dealership that my brakes and rotors should be replaced. Problem #3 Car was given to me with no driver’s manual, something I think would be checked before selling a Certified Car Problem #4 the rain censor didn’t work, the only speeds were fast and slow. THEIR SOLUTION: I tell the general manager, Mr. Lee Holt, of Sheehy Infiniti Annapolis of all these problems and they finally offer to bring someone down to pick up my car and bring it back to Annapolis to be serviced. I definitely didn’t like the idea off adding 400 more miles to my car, but this option was better than the first which was me drive it down. They would not agree to cover the cost of the repairs at a local Infiniti dealership. Well it doesn’t get better; A very nice young man drives down and provides me with a loner. However they send him down with NO GAS CARD and NO money. And he hadn’t eaten lunch. The loner he gave me was on E and my car needed gas. I felt bad for him so gave him money for gas, tolls and some lunch. But I told him to make sure my car come back Full and to have the gas card. Well on returning my car, the car was not on full and no gas card. We pull up to the station he pulls out his money to put some gas in. I see him then adding REGULAR gas to my, the gas cap clearly says PREMIUM only! I would never add regular to my car. I immediately stop him, he felt bad and apologized but said the service manager tells him to put Regular gas in all the cars. When I spoke with the Service Manager, Tracey, I did address this with her, and she agreed that Regular gas is what they use and its ok it just burns quicker. I do not trust that. If the car says Premium, then that is what we should adhere to. At that point I knew I would NEVER return to that service center because I couldn’t trust them with my car. FIXED? No. I have my car back, check the wiper speeds, still broke! The young man says I have to wait until it rains. It rains but it’s still broke. I take it to a local Infiniti dealership, they find out the real problem and fix it. Fortunately, the car is still under warranty, so I didn’t have to pay for it. Instead of replacing my low front rotors, the shave them and make them even LOWER! The battery in my spare key has already died, 10 months later, not sure if that’s normal.

Sheehy INFINITI of Annapolis I am writing this after having waited for assistance from this dealership (Sheehy INFINITI of Annapolis). I paid cash for... a used vehicle, with the understanding that I would be registering the vehicle in Texas, as I am a military veteran. For starters, after paying for the vehicle, it was agreed that the vehicle would be delivered to my local address, the day of, Greg Shields states that he had appointments and would try to get the vehicle delivered, you would be right if you assumed that that didn't happen. So I had to make last minute arrangements, to have someone drive me to the dealership. On to the next issue, only after calling my local Texas DMV to get an update, did I find out that even at roughly 3 weeks, no paperwork was submitted by this dealership. The response I was given, was that that's why they give a 60 day temporary registration. Not only that, it became apparent that no one knew what needed to be done in this situation. After more inquiring, I was told that I had to get my vehicle inspected in either Virginia or Texas, lucky for me I was in Texas, and got the vehicle the same day. Days later and into the following week, there was still no paperwork submitted to the Texas DMV, I called and found out that they just received the title. So I said just send me the documents and I'll handle it from there. There was issues with the original owners credit union in which was not sufficient for me to register and title the vehicle, once again, this dealership was of no help, even contacting Greg Shields, who personally worked with me on purchasing this vehicle. I also spoke with at least 2 other employees at this dealership, was told that I would be contacted and that never happened, to even leaving voicemails on no return call. I will say, they are slow with doing business, even with paying cash, I made this a very simple and easy buy, but I experienced that after payment, they're not as helpful as you'd expect after purchasing a vehicle. This has been the worst experience I've ever had in personally buying a vehicle, and I've had 4 previous vehicles. I will seek out more platforms to review this dealership and leave my experience in hopes that they will treat their customers better after the initial sell of a vehicle and or potential buyers can beware of what others have experienced at this dealership.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION! This location is very unprofessional and does not have and regards for potential customer's time and buying experience.... I traveled almost an hour to purchase a vehicle from Sheehy Infiniti in Annapolis after confirming my appointment and the availability of the specific vehicle I was purchasing with the salesman just two hours before my appointment time. Once I arrived at the dealership the salesman proceeds to show me another vehicle (not the one I told him I wanted to buy). I immediately told hom this is not the vehicle and without any hesitation, he tells me "oh we sold it 30 minutes ago but I can show yoi this one that's available." Not once while I was there did I recieve an apology from management, nor could the salesman explain why he didn't call me to inform me the car was sold prior to driving a long distance to get to the dealership. This dealership is strictly moticated by money, not by customer service or the need to create a repeating customer. GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP where they care about your time and want to do business with you!

It should go without saying that Sheehy Infiniti offers a top-notch selection of first-rate cars. But it is also important to note that they go (way)... above and beyond in terms of customer service, which is quite refreshing and, in my view, reflects how the car buying should be in an ideal world. Specifically, Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis offers an amazingly transparent, knowledgeable, no-pressure, customer-friendly approach to the car buying experience. (In particular, I cannot thank Greg Weschler of Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis enough for his time and patience with someone like me who does not know the most about cars, put mildly.) I will be a repeat customer.

After an EXTREMELY negative experience at another dealer, I went to check out a used vehicle. The sales rep (Wally) and finance/business rep (Oliver)... were extremely professional, helpful, and efficient. I walked out the door within an hour of ending the test drive with a deal that was beyond my expectations with financing at a lower rate than my own bank of 15 years could produce. I can honestly say this is the first car buying experience that was actually pleasant!
