There really does needs to be 10 stars to rate this

There really does needs to be 10 stars to rate this dealership! My experience in buying a new 2024 Camaro exceeded my expectations. I received superior customer service. Shane Grauer gave me a "no games/no markup" experience, which was up front from the first phone call. And he patiently waited for me to drive the 367 miles from Santa Maria, California to Auburn. When I arrived, Troy Taylor, Sales Manager, and Alex Sprock, Finance Manager, were there to welcome me to the dealership and assist in my new car purchase. Each step in the process went smoothly and just added to the excitement in the purchase. All three treated me with respect and showed that they truly valued my business (Relationship Management). And I received a fair trade-in value for my 2010 Camaro. The whole process of the obtaining a loan and selecting a warranty again made me feel respected and valued. These three team members I would call my "3 Amigos." I would describe all three individuals had genuine character traits of "honesty and integrity." Overall, hands down, this was by far the most exciting new car experience that I have ever had. This is exactly the type of new car buying experience that every person should go through. Superior customer service, friendly, warm, honesty, and integrity, that makes any person feel like part of the family. Trust me and look no further if you're interested in purchasing a new car. Take it from a college Business Department Chair/Instructor that Gold Rush Chevrolet will definitely exceed your expectations in purchasing a new vehicle and leave you feeling good about the deal you just made. Other car dealerships can learn from their superior customer service. You guys Rock! I really appreciate and value the time you guys spent with me. Thank you very much and God bless.

Great local dealer for GM service.

Just a routine oil change and tire rotation, for our Buick, but they took good care of us. Easy to make an appointment, fast service, friendly staff.

Good experience at Gold Rush

It was very good. Sales person and his manager worked Well together. We would use our sales person again. We have already suggested to family Members, who to see if they are interested in purchasing a used or new Subaru. Sales person very friendly and knowledgeable . When he was not sure he found out the answer.

The Best In The Business

To my great surprise and pleasure, I stopped at this dealership to take a look at one particular auto I had seen on line. I was met by John Ingrim, a very helpful salesperson. He answered all my questions. Provided a test drive, all with not pressure. My trust in him was immediate and was soon extended to the entire staff who were very helpful and efficient. The dealership is a long-time and family owned business who's integrity is beyond reproach. I recommend Gold Rush Chevrolet to anyone who is looking for something out of the ordinary in an auto purchasing experience.

Good People

When driving back from Tahoe to the Bay Area last weekend, our Chevy Blazer had a little transmission problem around Auburn. Not knowing what to do, we google searched the closest dealer and it happened to be Gold Rush. What luck, as our whole family was worried that we would not be able to get home that evening without some car service. Although it was near closing time and they had a lot of cars ahead of us, Greg and his team looked at our car right then knowing our situation, provided us with the necessary transmission fluid, and had us on our way in no time. Without their help, we would have never made it home that evening. All I have it say is that the employees of Gold Ruch Chevrolet are good people, the type of people that you do not find often today. People that are compassionate, down to earth, and look after their neighbor. Even the service person said that he would keep his eyes open for us on his way home that evening. If in fact we had broken down again on the side of the road, he said he would stop to help. Where do you find people like that in the world today? Gold Rush Chevrolet please keep it up, our experience with you and your team was a refreshing one at a time in the world when compassion for others is not often found. I look forward to visiting Gold Rush Chevrolet again and again in the years to come.

I bought my truck from there, I have never been treated so well no pressure, never regretted being there,gave us time to think things over, they never tried to push us into the truck, very smooth fast transaction.
