Always a pleasure to have expert advise from my service advisors Jeremy and especially Michelangelo, who has helped me many time before. My 2017 Silverado, which was purchased new here, is always well serviced and well cared for by the mechanics. I've been to other dealerships and often after servicing there has been some sort of damage to my vehicle when it was returned. This has never been an issue at AutoNation Chevrolet South Clearwater. This is one reason why I continue to return for over the past six years. I do find that the on-line service scheduling to be somewhat troublesome as the service advisors names are not always listed and follow-up text messages or e-mail seem to make back to me. Maybe that's just me!

From my first time they have been extremely helpful, reliable, professional and trustworthy. They listen to my concerns and act on them and they also return my calls and they keep me informed throughout the process. I have another Chevy dealer that is only 15 minutes away from me, but I refuse to take my vehicle there due to their very poor customer service. I cannot say enough about Michaelangelo Mazza.
