Let me start with saying we had no intention of buying a Honda Civic that day, we were just going to look and test drive. We had several other appointments. We walked in for an appointment with Dan McKown and when we walked out we drove away with our new and beautiful Honda Civic. I can't remember ever having such a great experience buying a new car, and believe me we have bought many. Dan knew his product from beginning to end. He is very professional, patient, knowledgeable, never pushes, rushes, never looks at what is going on in the dealership (i.e. like other bored salespersons) Went over everything pertaining to the car and after purchase, sat in the car an help set up the Bluetooth for me, described all the interior buttons and what they were for. Just awesome service. Then came Amy Andrews, Business Dev. Mgr. We cannot say enough about Amy. She was also very knowledgeable about her side of the business. Her expertise showed right from the get-go. so friendly and very thoughtful in a business way. She hit our soft spot with the right figures and consequently we signed the paperwork right then and there and bought ourselves a new car. We didn't need to look further. Wayne in the Business Office was also knowledgeable. He went over our papers in a understandable manner, not rushing, businesslike but very friendly. It felt so wonderful giving our money away (just kidding) We cannot say enough about the service and total professional treatment that we received. We're hooked on AutoNation Clearwater
