I had a great experience at Honda this past weekend!

I had a great experience at Honda this past weekend! Amir Was my agent who helped me with the process of trading my car in and getting a lease! The whole process was easy, Very informative and most importantly, time efficient! I love the car. I’m looking forward to go back for maintenance.! I would definitely recommend him as a sales person. He did a wonderful job.! Thank you Amir !

The whole staff was great.

Great experience ! Made the car buying process great again. Cody was knowledgeable and helped us find the make and model that fit our needs. We were looking for something that was a great value and found it.

Alexandra was amazing in the service department or parts

Alexandra was amazing in the service department or parts department. Either one. She was very sweet and very patient. My phone was acting a little weird and she stayed on the line and didn’t even hang up helped with pricing and everything great attitude give her a raise.☺️

I brought in my 2022 Honda for some service on my tires.

I brought in my 2022 Honda for some service on my tires. While I was waiting I decided to chat with Amir, the gentleman I leased my car from. My lease was coming to an end in June and wanted to go over my options, to get an idea of what I may decide to do at that point. Turns out I drove away in a brand new 2025 Honda Civic. You can't say no when the offer is put on the table and customized to your needs. Amir is a great asset to the AutoNation Honda team. He makes car buying a pleasure and I once again drove away happy as can be, in my new, shiny, rally red car.

The finance department is terrible.

The finance department is terrible. I told Allen I wanted NO warranties and he charged me $5,000 in warranties. Very pushy and unprofessional. Does not take NO for an answer. I told him to go through my credit union and he didn't. I have a 826 credit score and he screwed me. I am so upset I had used them before. The salesman Sam was excellent... The finance dept kept saying "what if it was for free" WARENTIES I never wanted on a bran new vehicle.

I loved their personal service.

I loved their personal service. As a returning customer, they made me feel special. I did not like the bombardment, however, of phone calls, emails, and texts. I also did not understand why it took 4 1/2 hours to buy a car.

I knew what I wanted when I went in.

I knew what I wanted when I went in. Brandon did a great job executing the deal. No pressure. They didn?t have exactly what I wanted but promised they would get it and they delivered. The finance department was also a great experience. I would highly recommend this dealership.
