Could have saved my hundreds of dollars and told me that all I needed was a new plastic cover for my key since there was nothing wrong with my physical key or its electronics. $7 vs almost $200. Whether it’s from a lack of knowledge or integrity, this shouldn’t happen. Just a simple “We don’t sell this, but all you need is this $7 part from Amazon to fix your problem.” Creates customer loyalty and trust.

They got me in the door with the promise of low rates and last minute--go figure!--I wasn't as qualified for the 3% rate. My credit rating was about 800. I had 3% credit utilization... enormous amount of unused credit... And forget about the price! I saw what people were paying later for the same car and wanted to cry! Never buying a Honda again. I can't even look at the thing. They really had me over the barrel with COVID.

Exceptional Service at AutoNation Honda Clearwater - Going Above and Beyond!!! I visited AutoNation Honda Clearwater on Saturday 6/8/24 for an unscheduled service due to a battery issue. I drove up around 4:40 p.m. a few minutes after having to jump start my car. I had no hopes they were going to be able to service my car since they were about to close in 20 minutes, but I was wrong. Braedan and Michael service advisors were very friendly and took immediate action to take care of my problem. I was incredibly impressed with the level of care and attention I received, but more importantly with their honesty. I was ready to pay, but it turned out that the battery was under warranty. No charge and I was out by 5:00 p.m. Excellent Customer Experience!!! Kudos to Braedan, Michael advisor’s, Jesse and Randy for their outstanding customer service and for taking care of my unscheduled needs. Their willingness to help, even when it wasn’t convenient for them, truly stood out. I truly recommend AutoNation Honda Clearwater to anyone in need of reliable and exceptional car service.

Went here to get an oil change on my 2022 civic, service
Went here to get an oil change on my 2022 civic, service department was lacking unfortunately. Stood there waiting for someone to take my keys before I spoke up and said can someone please help me? Then they proceeded to say that my advisor was on the way and it would be a few more minutes. I was the only one in the bay, it was at 8:20am on a Friday. Very disorganized.

Auto nation advertised a good price on the Honda
Auto nation advertised a good price on the Honda Ridgeline that I wanted, there were no gimmicks. They offered me a good price on my trade, worked with me on finalizing a good deal, handled everything quickly and professionally. Frankly It was the easiest car purchase that I’ve ever made.
