Made an appointment dropped my truck off. Hour and a half later returned to the dealership to pick it up and it hadn?t been touched yet. Mind you this is a simple oil change. It had two recalls that needed to be done, but they were downloads that could be done during the oil change. Made another appointment to bring it back when I could leave it all day asked for a shuttle to get back to my house was told that I live too far away and that they couldn?t live up to my expectations. Pretty much told me to take my business elsewhere after they sold me $100,000 truck and the maintenance that goes with it. Asked to speak to a manager and they refuse to speak to me. The dealership is a joke. I highly do not recommend doing any business with them.

In viewing the vehicle inspection - they only showed looking at the driver side brakes, the oil monitor was not reset, the sticker placed on the windshield is not legible - which I specifically asked for a different type of sticker (actually, I am not even sure they changed it). Representative was friendly. I do not like that my invoice and the actual pricing did not match and there is no specific information on the warranty of the battery that was replaced.

Greeted by friendly employees. Smooth drop off of vehicle. The text updates in status of vehicle as well as details of inspections of vehicle were very helpful and knowledgeable.
