Great job.
Great job. I was promised my vehicle to be ready within a few hours and it was. I always continue to return because of the Advisor and I always get. I wish others were like Him.

Dan Park was outstanding.
Dan Park was outstanding. I was ready to get out of our vehicle. I told him what my wife was very interested in buying which they didn’t have in stock do to it’s special color. Two days later we went in to test drive a vehicle and they had the vehicle she wanted in the color she wanted. Went above and beyond to get this car for us just based off of me saying we were very interested. I have never had a dealership step up like that for me. Was in and out of the dealership very quickly. Beyond happy with the whole experience.

David and Bradly were great!
David and Bradly were great! Very knowledgeable and did a great job demoing the features on the truck. I went in not even intending to buy, but by the time we were done with the demo, I had to leave the lot with the truck

My name is Mario Martinez.
My name is Mario Martinez. I bought a new F350 Lariat at AutoNation 6250 SPID. My salesman was Gary Gainan. He was really great. I had purchased a vehicle from him in the past. The problem that I had was with their finance guy, Rodolfo Diaz. Watch out for this guy if you buy a vehicle there. He goes by "Rod", and he will try to stick it to you if you're not careful. The deal was made for $76,800 that included the maintenance agreement. Rod already knew this. He tried to sell me gap insurance and windshield insurance. I declined both of them. He said, "So you don't want either of these products?" I responded, "No." He then said, "Then sign here. This states that you are declining them." I signed the document. When I finished signing the rest of the documents I asked, "Where are the documents about the maintenance agreement?" At this he said, "You said you didn't want it, and you signed this document stating that you did not want the maintenance agreement." I said, "You knew I wanted the maintenance agreement, and you still charged me for it!" I then said, "Redo the paperwork!" At this he stood up and said, "I'm not redoing the paperwork." I'm getting my director. A man named Brad Stapp came in and redid the paperwork. I ended up getting the deal that was already made but I am very really pissed off. Rod tried to cheat me out of the maintenance agreement while still charging me for it. It makes me wonder how many other people he has cheated in the past. If this man is not fired then this means that AutoNation Ford at 6250 SPID endorses this man's work.

Hello, we are deeply disappointed by your experience at AutoNation Ford Corpus Christi. Please reach out to us at (361) 444-0125 when you can so we can address this situation directly. Thank you and have a great day.
Worst dealership ever.
Worst dealership ever. Never go to them. They will lie about your financing to your face, then turn around and 3000 miles later claim you need $4000 in preventative maintenance. If you want to get scammed, go to Autonation. If you want an honest dealership, stay FAR away from Autonation Ford Corpus Christi.

Hi, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. If you would be willing to give us another chance in the future, please reach out to our General Manager at (361) 444-0125. We would appreciate the chance to turn your experience around.
You're not sorry. You will continuously lie to the next person to come. That's not being sorry. That's intentional. You charge me over $5000 for BUMPER TO BUMPER coverage, tack on the $1800 for the "maintenance" plan which you state has unlimited miles, yet I'm stuck with 7 oil changes at 5000 miles a piece. That's 35k miles. So there is a limit on mileage. Another lie. Then I was told that at my first oil change I need to pay another $2000 for "maintenance" and all of the other issues "weren't covered." A big FnCK YOU to the customer. Lying by omission is still lying. On top of that I was charged $800 for putting the truck on the computer. $800 was a FnCK YOU, and only was reduced when I denied every extra stupid FnCKING that I supposedly needed now, but DEFINITELY not needed when you had the truck at 112k miles. OH by the way, these were recommended at 100k but FnCK that because you want to charge the next sucker what YOU should have taken care of. And to top it off the other items are not recommended by FORD until 150k. So FnCK me again, right? Just another Dumba$$ that went the biggest piece of xxxx dealership in the area. Then I was told I was approved by Autonation Finance. But I wasn't. Rally Credit Union took my loan. Another lie to tack on more interest just to fnck the person, oh I'm sorry "customer," in front of you. You clearly don't give two sh!ts about the customers you screw over. You will wake up with a great big smile tomorrow morning, wringing your hands together in anticipation of Fncking the next customer that unfortunately will grace your doors. "Fnck the Customer for all their worth, and then tack on 10%" - Autonation
