I really like this dealership!

I really like this dealership! But I wish I could work with the same service person every time. Please try to retain the really good employees!! Glenn G. was very nice and explained everything to me. I hope he's there on my next visit. He had my car washed!!! Love, love, love that!!! My car looked great on the outside!!!! Thank you, Glenn!

We had a recall that we were coming in for as well as a

We had a recall that we were coming in for as well as a warranty issue. Both clearly stated when scheduling. Corey told me I would have to wait all day long with my 4 kids should I want anything beyond the recall looked at. This was not an option for us. So now we’re spending multiple trips to fix the original issues. 1 visit resolution is very important to me.

Everyone was top notch, then while waiting for the papers

Everyone was top notch, then while waiting for the papers so I could sign, the finance manager added $11,000 in dealer add ons that were never discussed with me. The add ons were later cancelled when I raised xxxx. I had bought three previous Hondas there! NEVER AGAIN!
