Easiest service appointment I have had in Memphis. Just sold my last car that I loved because their service department was a nightmare. Knew I had to go back to Honda. Robert was very communicative and on time with everything.

We are previous owners of a 2024 Honda Accord Sports Touring. We bought our Honda Accord in for our scheduled oil change, We had a few minutes so we observed the cars (Honda CR-V's) on the lot. Was impressed with the model and decided to look into purchasing/trading for a CR-V. We were impressed with the professionalism that Mr Jerome Kisart and staff provided to us! Happy Customers!
