I have a 2020 Honda Pilot, and I just hit 60k miles.

I have a 2020 Honda Pilot, and I just hit 60k miles. I called to see the 60k mile package cost (primarily interested in Transmission, Rear Differential, and Transfer case). It was outrageous. Close to 3k for the transmission - only. I’m a DIY owner and can handle most items independently. I looked up the fluids needed and new crush washers. I went into Honda 385 to get the parts, even though I had already shopped through other Honda dealerships online and Amazon. The total should be no more than $120 with tax. Somehow they came up with FLUID ONLY $277!!! This is 7 quarts. WHAT!! When asked about the crush washers, I was told their mechanics reuse them. They don’t typically use or sell new crush washers. What? Are you kidding me? I walked out and purchased on Amazon for $115 (everything needed for all three services) w/ tax, be here tomorrow, Guaranteed OEM product. I was trying to buy local and give back to my local community. However, I’m not going to get robbed by 385. I should have checked with Wolfchase Honda. Those guys tend to act more like a legit Honda dealership. I’ve had several very poor experiences at 385. I literally will never step foot in there again.

Richard, our technician, was outstanding and so patient

Richard, our technician, was outstanding and so patient with us, Seniors! He is truly an asset to 385 Auto Honda. He is very thoughtful and does not make us feel bad when we truly do not understand some of this modern technology. Hopefully, we can request him next time.

Overall great experience.

Overall great experience. Gabe was my salesman he was amazing. He answered all my questions and concerns. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. It was a great first time car buying experience! Love my CR-V!

This dealership is dishonest and takes advantage of

This dealership is dishonest and takes advantage of customers who don’t speak English well. They sold my friend a car advertised at ~$49,000 but charged him ~$54,000. On top of that, they added about ~$10,000 in maintenance and warranty packages. We asked for the maintenance and warranty packages to be cancelled. The dealership promised to do so but never followed through. John Williams was extremely rude. He ignored me completely, refused to answer any of my questions, and did not even look me in the eye. Instead, he only spoke to my friend, even though my friend struggled to understand English. Both Honda Finance and the maintenance and warranty provider confirmed they never received any cancellation request. The dealership has ignored all calls and voicemails since then. I gave them one last chance and called the dealership again. They said they would make sure John Williams calls me back. It is now the end of the business day and I have not received any call. Avoid this place if you don’t want to be taken advantage of.

Excellent service from our saleswoman, Atrienne. Highly recommend you see her at AutoNation 385 in Memphis for your Honda purchases. Atrienne was extremely easy to deal with, no pressuring, and she was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at. I had been to 2 other Honda Dealers before we went to the 385 location. Her honesty and professionalism sealed the deal for us. And no….I did not know anyone at that dealership before we walked in.
