The service was fast and efficient, but the pricing was
The service was fast and efficient, but the pricing was absolutely outrageous. This vehicle was in this shop 10 days ago with a similar issue. The diagnosis was a faulty spark plug and associated coil. The charge for repair was $775, The problem occurred again this week. With a repair charge for the remaining 5 cylinders over $1,400. That is absurd on 2 counts. First, the entire repair could have been completed on the initial visit. Total cost for premium parts at NAPA would be approximately $40 per spark coil and $10 per spark plug. I as a novice mechanic could easily complete the repair in less than 2 hours of labor at an estimated charge of $150 per hour. The only reason we chose your service is for expediency and convenience because I live in Pensacola and my son needed the car for school and work. You should be ashamed of yourselves for such robbery. I will report this situation to the Better Business Bureau.
