Hersey is my go-to place for both cars and service - outstanding team and service. I wouldn't look anyplace else.

One month after purchasing the vehicle, it took almost 500 dollars in what should of been maintenance repairs which left my girlfriend sit 40 miles away, not to mention the other two issues a couple days after we drove it off the lot. One was a water leak which was taken care of, the second issue was not. Communication was difficult. One item of the 500 dollars was half taken care of, the other no response at all from anyone at Hershey Motors. Please take what ever vehicle your thinking of purchasing to your local mechanic and have it gone over before you buy!

I had John Balla as my car dealer. He was very honest and easy to work with. Wasn’t trying to sell you something you didn’t want. Inside they had drinks and snacks which was nice because I was in there for 2.5 hours. Hershey Motors is a fair dealership. I only gave it four stars because of the sales pitch for extra coverage at the end of my purchase. I don’t like feeling like I’m obligated to buy anything.
