Purchased a m4 from Pete and it was one of the best purchase experience I ever had . He was super cool and me Martin was also very nice . Don’t know why their are negative reviews when my experience was nothing to compared to that . Would definitely recommend this dealership 🔥 Also thanks Martin for putting on a movie while we waited 🤝

I purchased a luxury vehicle from this dealership and had the best car buying experience. The sales reps were friendly, helpful and courteous. Pete and Paul were awesome. They worked with me and provided the best possible deal. I have referred several friends who purchased vehicles from this dealership and also had the same positive experience.

What gives here? I was just at Southbay looking at one of their Bentleys that can keep company to the one I purchased from them 6 months ago. Wanted to show my partner that car at Southbays cars.com site to find there are no cars to be found. Whatʻs up with that Cars.com? Technical Problems? Fix it then! So for those who find themselves here looking at a blank screen go to Southbays autotrader or Cars for sale.com. to view their inventory. Customers like myself donʻt have time to play like this.....Get it fix Cars or get out.

What everyone says about Pete is true : he has major anger and emotional issues that he takes out on customers because he has no customer service or solution oriented skills at all! He yelled at me , made threats , doesn’t listen (he loses opportunities to make money right way and build business through relationships with customers), can’t communicate , act extremely immaturely, made offensive insults all because I wanted my $1000 down payment for a lemon Joe sold me. Joe got mad when I asked if car has any issues but I bought because of cheap cost . Not worth it ! The car stalled and was returned to dealer to fix but stopped AGAIN after it was fixed. Car stopped suddenly in the middle of the freeway, which is life endangerment . This dealer won’t take responsibility , will do anything to keep your money even if problems are their fault , won’t apologize, will blame problem on the customer and will make threats to you. This dealer is corrupted , full of greed and crooked . Pete is highly emotionally unstable, acts foolish and irrational and I pray he gets therapy for help. Now I’m suing him and this dealer for unethical business and conduct, abuse, fraud, life endangerment, threats, harassment and discrimination toward women . Go to a quality dealer where dealers VALUE you. I’m writing this to look out for people who work hard to earn their money the right way. This dealer only looks good on the outside but corrupted inside . Don’t go here ! Cars are tempting & deals may be too but NOT WORTH IT! They basically will lie to get your money and their lip service is fake ! Don’t fall for it ! God bless your car search, I recommend dealers who are honest , patient, understanding, not pressuring, have respectful manners, and offer assurance for customer satisfaction. Ask car dealers for their signature in writing to guarantee safety and quality of money back ! If they can’t offer that if cars are lemons and use paperwork to get away with it, don’t buy !! People’s safety is more important than money or paperwork. Without safety measures business always gets sued and goes down . I tried giving chance nicely but same abuse .

Peter was such a terrible salesman, horrible customer service. He does not like customers to ask any questions just buy or get out. Shady. Too many things to list why this guy made my experience horrible and crazy thing is IM A BUYER!!!

The car I bought is exactly what I had been looking for. But it was the Sales reps who took car of me that made the buying experience the best I had to date. As a female I was a little on the defensive side at first. But it wasn't long after that I felt comfortable. I was treated like one of the guys, still being respected as a lady and got a great deal done. May take them out for a dinner and a evening out to say thank you. What fun that would be! Lol! Not going to mention their names here, but if you guys do read this thanks a bunch. I will be coming back in to see yaʻall soon enough.

"Uncle Joe" is the man! He made things happen. I don't live in CA and was hesitant to buy online. Uncle Joe made it easy though. He sent videos, called/texted back whenever I had questions, and arranged delivery for me even (I did pay for that though). All in all, everything we great and the vehicle was exactly what I was expecting. Thanks Uncle Joe and South Bay - you made this easy for an old school guy like me.
