I was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent experience at Coggin Honda Atlantic Blvd. From the moment I was very promptly greeted by salesman Danill Ushenko through a couple of subsequent visits until I finalized the purchase, I was treated courteously, respectfully and without any pressure that I was expecting to be forthcoming. Danill was most informative and knowledgable about his product and answered every question that my wife and I posed. Not only are we delighted with the CR-V, we were just as delighted by the experience with Danill and the dealership. I highly recommend the dealership and Danill. Mike Bono

Thrilled!!!
This dealership is AMAZING!!!! 3 years ago we purchased 2 NEW vehicles within a week of each other and this week we did it again. Alberto and Gino (in sales) and Kelly (in finance) are the best! No nonsense, no back and forth, just a smooth sale and my husband and I in our new cars! I encourage anyone looking for a new car to go to this dealership. I have owned a few new cars and will only go Honda from now on. Great cars.

Xaviera was there for us from start to finish during the who process. We were happy with the price, we got exactly want we wanted, the car was ready and clean when promised. Great service, very clean, loved the salesman.
I was very impressed with the appearance of the dealership. Our salesman Gabriel Valenzuela was very informative and took a great deal of time with us. We looked at several models and finally found one that suited our need. Gabriel was very thorough in explaining all the paperwork so that we knew all the fine print. He also worked very hard to get as many extras as he could for us. We knew what we could spend when we went in and we weren't going to budge from that price. He did not high pressure us at all. Tony the finance manager was very thorough in explaining all of the paperwork and I have to give him an A+ too. Sometimes buying a new car can be a horror and I hate to be pressured but this dealership and our salesman made us feel very comfortable and at home.

excellent customer service, great friendly staff, and a very buyer friendly environment, i did not feel pressured into buying a car and that was a big plus for me, i looked over everything at my own pace and they followed me, in the end we made a great deal and i am very happy with my purchase.

My visit to this dealer was reccommened by a friend who knew someone who worked there. I called and was given a sales associate. The associate was Xaviera Williams. I was greeted so warmly, first by the receptionist, then Ms. Williams. The experience for me, a buyer without my husband's guidance, was most educational and pleasant. Ms. Williams' experience as a sales associate put my mind at ease. I will definitely reccommed others to the dealership. Accommadations to this company for a knowledgable staff.

I have had the best experience at Coggin Honda of Jacksonville! The sale man Bryan G. to everyone that help me was the most enjoyable experience that me & my wife have ever had. We perished a used car but yet they treated us like we just bought a new car! So if you need a new or used car I would highly recommend you go to Coggin Honda of Jacksonville!

Buying experience-Toyota Avalon
Excellent work by Internet Sales rep Daniel Stevens and sales rep Ernesto Cordero. Kelly Mabrey was very helpful getting through the initial paperwork. I had to follow-up on my own to receive a check due me on the trade, because I could not reach anyone (Ernesto who was to be my contact person, I was told) by phone to assist me in collecting the trip. I had to go to the dealership and track things down on my own. I was promised this check on Tues. morning, and it was only prepared because I came out to the dealership. Mr. Mabrey was not supposed to be in (day off) but I was able to see him and get things taken care of in getting the check. If Mr. Mabrey had not been in, this would have been much more of a hassle than it already was for me. If no one returns calls because they are "too busy" (what the receptionist implied about reaching Ernesto)...that's not fun for the customer. All-in-all, it was a good experience that, with the proper follow-up by the dealership, would have been excellent.
